My experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. The shower drainage was poor, causing water to back up to my ankles, and the peeling paint on the ceiling was unsightly. Despite paying for upgraded bedding, the bed was uncomfortably hard, and the pillows were subpar. The noise from the hallway was disruptive throughout the night, making it difficult to rest peacefully. Additionally, the lack of a bathroom vent and inadequate space for toiletries were inconvenient. Thankfully, I only needed the hotel for sleeping and nothing more.

We were pleasantly surprised by the room for the price. Location is very convenient: just off the highway with lots of stores/fast food nearby. The decor was attractive and everything was clean. The towels were nice and plush, which doesn't always happen in a cheaper motel. The microwave was a nice touch. Other amenities were sparce: no breakfast, shampoo was a small packet of off-brand. We never did find out what the "Plus" is.

If you don't have a car, you have to take a bus one hour ride and stops 2 KM from the hotel, then you need a taxi/uber another $10 -$15. another option is to take a commuter train from Anderson station, again you need an Uber/Taxi $10-$15 plus the time you waist waiting for oe

The staff was nice and helpful. However, the room was dirty. Hair and dirty, dusty floors. I found Hair on the Bed and on sheets!!!. Which made me wonder if sheets were clean.

This hotel is pretty utilitarian, but as a place to rest our heads, it fit the bill. The room was clean and well appointed. The beds were too soft for my taste but OK. The heat worked very well. There's no lobby to speak of, no restaurant, no frills... but it's easy on, easy off the highway and across the street from a supermarket. Dunkin is close by, too.

We were just looking for a place to stay overnight near Salem. This seemed like a nice enough place. We got there and Hotels.com had really messed things up. They gave me a bad itinerary and we didn't have a room to check into. Thankfully, Genesis was on the ball and never gave up until we had a room! She dealt with two Hotels.com representatives and was extremely patient, and in the end we got an upgrade and a little care package. Thank you, Genesis, for being so helpful with us! The room was great and we had a ton of fun, thanks to you and the colorful cast of characters we met that night.

We had a really relaxing and comfortable stay

The front check-in area was dirty. The floor was full of leaves blowing in from front door. It seems a lot of homeless people were living there. I didn't feel very safe. A lot of pot smoking going on, inside and out. The room was fairly clean except for a pile of dirt from someone shoes in corner. I guess they forgot to vacume. Some of the front staff, not very pleasant.

It was like stay at motel that changes by the hour. Wanted all money up front, beds were too small and had medal frame that squeezes as soon as you sit on it bathrooms felt like i was at a gas station restroom

Made a mistake staying here. Hallways smelled of marijuana. Elevator and “lobby” in very poor condition. Noise from radiator made it difficult to hear television. It is inexpensive for a reason! Never again!

The price was fair for the quality of the rooms. The staff were extremely professional and proficient.
The rooms are dated and could use some touch up and/or deep cleaning.

The microwave in the room was not working. The inside of the coffee maker was very dirty and there was already used coffee inside. the safe in the room didn't work and was a decoration . some of the tv remote control buttons didn't work . Now most hotels have charger for electric cars, but you didn't have one. The walls were so thin that we could hear the neighbors talking,

The sheets had hair and stains. There were ants in the room. The bathroom was dirty. I booked for two nights and only stayed the one because it was too yucky and they would not give me a refund for the second night.

In all honesty this was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. It seems like people are living there like it’s a homeless shelter. I would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel especially for the price. Shower was dirty. Bed sheets had stains. Carpet was dirty. The place is gross.

Nice staff, building looked a little run down and dirty. Rooms were good, no bugs or anything. An odd smell coming from one of the chairs in the room.

Hotel was ok, Good for what you need. A place to sleep and shower. Rooms were clean. I will say one strange thing I noticed was on our floor right outside of the elevator doors there were some individuals. I’m not sure if there were employees or guest but they were just hanging out almost every night laying and sitting on the floor outside of the elevator and they had taken off there socks & shoes. I’m not sure if that’s a normal thing for the hotel, but that was very unsettling and unappealing.

Elevators were making weird sounds, corridors were smelly (maybe carpets should be steam-cleaned) Towels and cups were not complete in the rooms (i booked 2 rooms and provided the number of people per room). Front desk were friendly though..thanks

Good one night stand hotel but not for more than that, cleaning is okay but poor. Noticed front carpet in bad condition at the main entrance. Other hand noticed large amount of food being delivered for anyone to take bad not clean. Hotels rooms okay needs some upgrades lighting inside is poor. Large group hangout outside the hotels arguments and almost a fight on my first night. For solo fast one night stand is okay but don’t recommend family with kids.
