Had to be moved from original room due to it crawling with roaches. According to the desk clerk, that the last owners didn't take care of the place and they were still getting fumigated. Moved to a different room at the opposite end of the building. Wi-Fi didn't work and couldn't take a shower because they're was some kind of leak so they shut it off.

The room was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled like it had been a smoking room for a long time. The room was in poor condition. It even had graffiti etched into the windows. We didn’t end up staying the night. We cut our losses and went to another hotel in the area.

This is terrible place, heavy smoke smell all over the property. Even front desk not able to help with the smoke issue. I booked for 3 nights but checked out after one night. Rooms are worn out, bathroom is not clean, bed is broken. Don't even think about staying at this place.

Property was in a good area, however once in my room there were bugs crawling EVERYWHERE! I turned on the lights and they went scattering. They were even noticable on the walls!! Cockroaches and some kind of beatle that could have been bed bugs. I can't believe they take your money to stay here! Thank goodness I left and got a refund!

There was roaches is the room, the shower was broken which they did fix, the handle on the drawer was loose , AND SOME OF THE WORKER CAN'T SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH.

The front desk was great and accomodating. Although I booked thru a 3rd party, he was willing to see what he could do to correct the error. The 3rd party sites need to be reflective of the types of rooms being booked. It was misleading. When I arrived at the oroperty I was given a different room type other than what I booked and laid for.

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed! Bathtub, toilet and mirror filthy! They had house keeping come clean. Lady act like she couldn’t get the ring out the tub! Had to clean it myself ! Asked for extra cover for the bed was told they were gonna have some cleaned by 11pm. Go down there after 11 just to be told they did have any covers!

First room had a broken balcony sliding door (1 inch gap between glass and frame), Second room had leaky tub valve, and dirty floor. Sewer smell coming from bathroom sink. Good room layout, but needs maintenance and updates

I booked for two nights and on the second day staff came in my room stolen my laptop and all my clothes plus my girl friend clothes and shoes I called the police management give the police a hard time but when the police department got the camera video they made an arrest it was a hotel employee and I received my property back but everything was wiped clean off my laptop..... The employee did not have a green card so he can not be charged

The first room we walked into stunk terribly. When I took my shoes off, the floor was sopping wet. When I called the front desk I was told that the carpet had been shampood that day. This was more like a hose was left on and nothing was done. The front desk man gave us another room on the second floor. This room smelled much better. The room was not very clean. There were visible pubic hairs in the shower, dirt in every corner. Then when i went to open the sliding glass door I noticed the frame was broken and there was an easy half inch between the frame and glass. There wasnt even a blanket....more of a sheet. NEGATIVE 5 OUT OF 5. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The water heater was not working for the half of the hotel I was staying in. I stayed 5 night. By my last night, water wasn’t even coming out of the hot water faucet. Best shower I had all week was at the local Planet Fitness. The bathroom could have been wayyyyy cleaner, along with the hallways. The smoke detector in the hallway beeped all day everyday during my whole stay. The front desk and general manager didnt really seem to care about the water situation or that their hotel really needs some work and repairs. I was offered reimbursement where they were going to give me reward points. Please, I want my damn money back! That was the worst 5 night stay I have had anywhere yet

Absolutely horrible. The clerk was rude for starters. The room I booked was not available when I arrived so I was forced to take a different room. The room was not clean. Bed covers were stained as was the furniture and lampshades. The television did not work and when calling the front desk the clerk had no resolve. The bath towels were stained and hair was in the sink and tub. The curtains did not close and the gap under the door was big enough to put your through. When asking for a refund the hotel stood firm on their non-refundable policy even though the room was not up to part. This is by far the worst hotel in Livonia, MI.

Not sure what is going on at this hotel with the staff or the property. Hotel is nasty. Rooms where nasty not cleaned good at all. Staff had attitudes when asked for something small like a towel because you have a room with a hot tub. Staff was so rude. I am very disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to have a good hotel stay. If you want to be treated like a burden and want to stay in a nasty hotel this is the place for you.

Well the First night I had to deal with people arguing outside in the hall and room next door. The next morning we had roaches coming out of the shower and all in the bathroom. I said something to house keeping and they explained someone brought them in that stayed next door. Well when I came back that night there was a roach in the fridge on my food. Also crawling threw the room , not to mention when I called to switched they stated they where booked. When the parking lot was empty most the night and when talking at check out to staff. I got told the cold is what brought them in to the building and couldn’t be given a refund or half my money back. Tv in room didn’t work had to us work computer and hdmi cord to look at Netflix. (Also have pictures

The hotel actually used to be a nice place to go but it went downhill it's like a whole bunch of prostitutes there crackheads and roaches in the hotel now the rooms don't be clean and TVs don't work properly certain air conditioners in the rooms don't work it's a lot of issues I need to be replaced

Check in was good room 172. Inside the room the air conditioner bed area both knobs were broken. Electrical plug where TV in bedroom was loose. Room had no trash can. Bathtub faucet dripping water. Reported to check in clerk asked if I could change room. Told no other rooms were available hotel was full.

Hairs on the sheet, fresh blood smears on the carpet beside the bed, blood drops in front of the sink, stains on towels, ... Was too tired to leave right away but checked out the next morning instead of staying the whole trip.

I had a no smoking room, but smoke filled hallway and I was by the door that comes and go out if you want to smoke and people will stop at the door and smoke and they were coming to my room and I could not get room service when they told me they will come but they never did come and clean my room. The hallways were filthy. The bathroom was filthy. It wasn’t a good stay. I never stay there again.

I didn’t stay. First off, how are there two floors but no elevator. When I checked in, my first room was not clean. The bathroom was filthy and still had used soap and shampoo bottles on the little stand. I complained to the front desk. They changed my room. That room was worst than the first room. The water in to tub would not turn off and the tub was very rusty. The room again was filthy and uncomfortable. And not to mention, the second room was on the second floor. I had a lot of luggage and two small kids. But there wasn’t an elevator. So several trips had to be made just for my bags. Up and down stairs. I had to get my money back and booked a room somewhere else. I will never stay nor recommend this place. I’ve Never experienced anything like this.

The place was a Quality Inn by name only! Pretty sure people lived there permanently, Rooms were not great, AC didn't work, Hallways reeked of weed. Live in Guest were loud and the bed were small and wobbly! Expedia needs to do better research on the Hotels they do business with!
