I really dont understand why they would charge to park your car there overnight when you pay for the room ? Just because the hotel is at the airport doesn't mean they have to charge for parking a car . I probably won't stay there again just because i dont like being taken advantage of!

We just would have loved maybe a hot tub when you work long hours in business, it’s nice to relax in a working pool or hot tub

The room was very neat and looked clean, but had a slight musty smell that was disconcerting. Maybe it’s just the Portland damp?

Our stay was great. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean. Appreciated that there was coffee and the lobby every time we went through. The shuttle was pretty responsive and runs on demand. They don't really have a set schedule. The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast but everything seemed to be fresh and was kept very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

2 minutes on the frontage road to the economy parking lot. This is my new 'go to' hotel for flying out of Portland

Perfect location for early morning flights out of PDX. Unfortunately, they charge $15 for overnight parking that i didn’t expect..

Nice room and clean. A little noisy with airplanes taking off and landing. But it seems to stop later at night. So it didn’t bother us at all. They do provide earplugs. Also a nice breakfast is provided if you are staying long enough to eat. Shuttle came just as we were getting to the desk to check out and we were able to get on it.

The floor Corridors are dirty and stinks. It is not fresh at all. need to remove floor mats or wash it thoroughly. Me, I don't book that hotel anymore.

We stayed here after an exhausting day of travel from Europe. The shuttle van came to greet us right away and took us straight to our destination at the Rental Car Center; van drivers were helpful and friendly; check-in and check out were easy; staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating; and the room was comfortable. We will stay here again, gladly, when the need arises.

Old school property not really updated but everything works. Room is spacious and bed comfortable. Reliable airport shuttle and decent warm breakfast.

Staff friendly, check in easy and convenient. Complimentary breakfast ok, room and bathroom were nice and clean but the mattresses are cheap and awful. So hard and bouncy. I have stayed in motels for half the price with more comfortable beds. Also all pillows are overstuffed. Offering a variety of firmness would be nicer. We were on 1st floor at back and was right next to runway so be prepared to hear/see the planes takeoff. Pool was advertised but was outdoors and looked half empty and closed for winter. Stay was ok but the low quality mattress and lack of pool made it not worth the price for us.

Check in process was clumsy, lengthy and unnecessarily complicated. Other than that everything was super. Shuttle service very accommodating. Bed super comfortable except not fitted sheets and the sheets would come undone and be a wrinkly mess under you. Room clean spacious but oddly no luggage rack. Fridge but no microwave. On a frontage road by airport so nothing close, must drive to everything. There is a restaraunt in hotel next door.

I was so impressed with the cleanliness and the quietness of the hotel and to top it off the staff were so friendly and accomodating. Even when the battery on my door quit working they were relatively quick to fix it even gettjng me a chair so i could sit outside the door to wait..now how can you get upset at that? I would stay there agsin in a heartbeat.
