Found hair on bed, furnishings were beaten and not nice. Price gouged due to a near by concert event. Could have gone to a motel 6 and had a better room

The elevator did not work. All of the doors to the stair ways to the second floor were locked except for one. Our room had no chairs or sofa to sit on except for a rolling desk chair, the room was clean. Breakfast was ok. The outside area was trashy. The neighborhood was kind of iffy. I would recommend not staying here. The desk staff were always helpful.

The elevator at Baymont didn't work. We were on the second floor, the furthest from the stairs. Elevator out so long the stairs are thread bare.
Terrible front desk people, never smiling or even pleasant. No understanding of hospitality or customer service.
Breakfast not restocked and so you had to ask if they had things, then wait for their retrieval. One morning, no plates or forks so pancakes in a bowl with a spoon. Last morning, 10 min wait for coffee at 8:15.
Rooms were as expected and no wierd smells.

Crack heads walking around the building all night, spit everywhere on the ground from the crack heads, just overall a bad place to stay. Especially if you have kids.

The staff did not have any idea of what was happening tried kicking me out of my room after being there for 2 nights they told me that me and my family where not supposed to be there horrible supervision

The front desk person was rude. While checking in he was on the phone with another client angry. He was still angry while checking me in. Hotel was an older building and the elevators were out of order. Yet they put on the highest floor which was very inconvenient. I did ask for a first or second level room but they weren’t available. I won’t be staying here again.

The room was fine. With the tv it got stuck on the set up screen and there was no one to help fix it, so I was frustrated.

Old beaten up furniture in rooms. Plumbing in shower and sink needs an overhaul. Shower heads were way too low for adults. No iron or ironing board in room. People were nice. Management/ownership is not investing in this place at all!

The pictures on the website false. The hotel was dirty not secure. The doors didn't close correctly and their were gap in the doors that allowed people to look into the room. The hotel had a dirty smell to it.

Overall it was a nice stay. For it to be a nonsmoking facility the hallways and rooms smell a bit funny... Maybe not being cleaned with real cleaning supplies

The carpet throughout the building was filthy , parking lot had garbage everywhere. People selling drugs on property out in the open with zero concern of being caught. Homeless people in the landscaping & camped out on exterior rear fence . Selling drugs to vehicles pulling up . Yet office personnel are oblivious to it or dont care .

I would of been better off staying in a motel 6
For example. The room had 2 chairs in there , the amount if stains and spots on these chairs was insane.
The good thing is that the young man who checked us in was nice.

Upon check out a reservation was for 2 days only. Room floors looked clean. I dropped water on the floor use hotel towels to clean it up. They charged me for the dirty towels.
Staff is rude….
They moved the beds & said i dirty the floor. Won’t go back.

Extremely noisy with guests slamming doors, talking loud, yelling, tv"s on loudly all nught.

Hot Tub was out of service. Hotel is pretty run down and lots of drug addicts in parking lots nearby and sketchy people loitering nearby under the shade of trees. It was pet friendly which was the only really good thing about the hotel
