Almost everything was good except that the tv remote didn’t work properly and the shower water pressure was low. The staff was friendly and helpful and within minutes we were in our room. It was clean and comfortable and we had a very good sleep. Definitely would recommend it and stay here again.

The room is smelly and had clogged bathtubs. The associates are not helpful either. The hotel advertises breakfast but do not get fooled unless you believe Nutri grain bars, oatmeal packets and coffee are enough. Will never stay again here and may avoid the brand altogether.

Why it calls Extended Stay if no mugs, dishes, silverware or coffee maker in the room like it was before?

We were in town for one night and stayed here as a family of 6. The beds were standard but the sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable. The hotel was old, but well kept. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very spacious room as well. My only complaint is the elevator was missing an inspection paper inside of it and it made a lot of noise and shook. I didn’t feel safe in the elevator. But other than that it was a good hotel.

Our first room was not clean at all! Made it better by moving us but bathroom was dirty.. idk just wasnt the best trip.

I was too busy running out of there to take photos. ear wax on the walls, dripping sinks, SMELLS AWFUL, you can hear EVERYTHING and the tv sucked. there was food in the chairs and the bed is harder than a piece of wood. stick stuff all over the dresser and floor. and again the smell. it was musty dirty dog and burnt chicken. it was DISGUSTING. ive stayed at a lot of hotels and this was by far one of the WORST.

The hotel is in a great location and close to some things. The hotel has a smell but that could be due to the fact that animals are allowed inside. I enjoyed my stay the furniture is a little old but the bed was nice. The stove and fridge were old but again I was comfortable. Now the breakfast needs to be done way better.

Our stay was fine. It was just a place to sleep for the night. The front desk lady Tina was very nice. The hotel needs major upgrades. It's very dated. Parking was onsite. It was very icy and no salt had been put down. The breakfast is basically just snacks instant oatmeal packs and coffee. If I had to stay here again I would but it definitely wouldn't be my top 10 of choices.

Extended Stay America is one of my favorite hotels in Fort Wayne. Staff are friendly and helpful, hotel rooms are clean and spacious. Parking is free and everything about this hotel is perfect to me! I will return again.

I liked the room size, there was plenty of space to spread out. Bed was comfortable.

There was no lightbulb in one of the lamps. Staff didn't empty the trash before I checked in. Dogs in the room next to mine were loud at times.

I didn’t know I’d have cockroach roommates and be charged once online and then twice more at the hotel. This place is gross, stay away!

The staff at the hotel are very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, the rooms were gross. I would never consider cooking in the kitchen. Grease all over the place dirty counters, dirty floor. The carpet in the room was dirty the bed was clean and the sheets were clean. I really don’t I would stay here again.

Not a place I will ever book again! Traveling for work, booked online and when I get there every parking spot, along the barriers, and even in the grass spots were full! I couldnt even get into the parking lot! Parked down the road and walked in to cancel my reservation where I was Informed that they get paid now even if I cancel!

There was so much noise that I had trouble sleeping. Aside from the AC's loud noise, there were other sounds that I couldn't identify.
Despite being a pet-friendly establishment, the room smelled like a dog and the floor was sticky. I become unwell because of my allergy.

Breakfast was really minimal, but for me the worst was that I was told at check-in there would be tea in the morning, and in the morning there was no tea. In fact I was told they never had tea. I believe it is false advertising to say you have breakfast when you don't.

Very dark outside at 9:45. Lights came on after my arrival. Problem with technology checking me in. Tina was pleasant and kept trying. Room smelled like smoke, even though it’s a non-smoking hotel. I’ve never stayed anywhere that required a $100 damage deposit for a one night stay before.

Everything was fine. We were allowed to check in a little early which helped us out a lot. My only disappointment was there was not a coffee pot in the room and I was not told coffee was available in the lobby. Note to housekeeping- the top of the refrigerator was very dirty.

Having stayed at several extended stays in various places, previously, and checking out the picture of the exterior of the hotel, I thought I was making the right decision. However, the inside of the hotel is very outdated, needs a ton of work. Even though it’s an extended stay, and you have a decent kitchen, you have to make special arrangements to get utensils and plates, etc. from the front desk. One positive is that our room was clean. I definitely will not be staying here again.

I reserved a Deluxe double room but when I arrived they did not have this type room available. The had changed it to a Standard double which did not meet our needs. They also would not refund the difference in the rooms to my credit card. Also, the breakfast was less than expected.

horrible. will never stay at this location again. carpet needed replaced. no full kitchen. security door was taped open. no breakfast bar to brag about. instant oatmeal and granola bars. :(

I loved the design of the room. It was like a little apartment. I have traveled all over the world and stayed at many different hotels. This was the first time I had an employee call the room and ask if everything was good and if I needed anything. Now that’s customer service

The hotel seemed a bit dated, but overall was in pretty good condition. The elevator was scary with it's banging and clanking, so we used the stairs mostly. We only stayed for a couple of nights, so we didn't use much of the kitchen, but it seemed like it was in good shape. The bed was nice, and there was a nice sitting area, closet, and dresser. Shower was good.

I left my JBL Bluetooth speaker in the room, when i called i few hours later they couldn't find it and no one had seen it. Yeah ok....so pretty much one of the house keepers stole it..!

carpet dirty , had to use the 2 or 3 times to get in room , no one was ever a the desk , lost power on one plug in for the lite came on later , elevator sounded like it was falling apart ,needed updated very bad
