Included breakfast was really bad. Limited choices of food and poor quality.

This hotel is gross. Walk in lobby, smells like weed. Have to pay .25 for water in the lobby. Don’t think about taking a shower after a long day of travel because there isn’t any hot water. We were lucky day one we had a warm shower for 3 min. After that day, no warm water. The fitness center has broken equipment and has dried sweat all over. No cleaning wipes, water jug was empty! The fire alarms are disconnected and hanging from the ceiling. Floors and carpet, sticky. We touched it out but will not be back. Stay downtown at the Elms or Hampton inn. It’s worth the extra 100 per night. The only positive was the front desk girl was friendly. It also appears the entire staff lives or “hangs out” in room 104. It was all very bizarre.

Rooms need updated and cleaned better. One night we had no hot water. Breakfast was awful.

The major problem with this property is management. I stayed for 10 nights and during that time there were 5 false fire alarms between 10:30 pm and 7:30 am. Not able to reach the desk to determine if alert was false. This required dressing and walking down a flight of stairs in 20 degree weather. Not good.

Our bed was comfortable. Our door was bent, so it barely latched. The fire alarm went off twice and we had to get up early and then we decided just to check out because of the issues with the fire alarm.

No hot water!

Towels and beds were clean. Shower doors filmy; stains on furniture and carpeting. Overall cleanliness needs improvement. Carpeting needs vacuumed in hallways.

At $250 a night, my expectations were not met at this hotel. I have stayed at hotels for around $100 that were of the same cleanliness and quality of this one. Everything is dated, the carpets and floors are only moderately clean, and the bathroom was just old and grungy. Our sink drain would not drain so it was constantly filled with dirty water. The breakfast is very mediocre. In the end, it was safe, and we had a place to sleep, but the price is far too high.

It was clean and convenient to the downtown area. A good bargain.

Bathroom was very dirty

This hotel was so gross we barely made it through the stay. Hair all over the bed, dirty old toilets and sinks, just not a good experience. The front desk staff was all extremely kind but the cleanliness was a huge issue.

Cant understand why the mattress pad was plastic

Breakfast was open until 10. So at 9:30 there was no eggs and the eggs that were there looked like green pineapple. So we went to Bob Evans. Paid 350 was hoping to at least have free breakfast.

Great stay

We needed a place to stay during a recent home renovation, and chose to stay here. The price played a role in choosing this hotel. Friendly staff, clean room, and included breakfast were greatly appreciated.

I made a reservation for Richmond, Indiana. This hotel reservation was for Oxford, Ohio. Even though the hotel knows my air conditioning is out in my house, and I made the reservation for half an hour ago. They refuse to refund the money. In addition to that Expedia refused to do anything different about it. The hotel here in Richmond was at full capacity. So this hotel wanted me to buy another $200 a night stay before they would refund the money. how do you pay for a hotel stay when the hotel is at full capacity? Who has $400 to stay for one night? Oxford Ohio is 45 minutes away from Richmond Indiana. I have to be there at 8 o’clock in the morning for my air conditioning repairman. This hotel was the number one search that came up on Expedia‘s app. Do not trust this Expedia app to make your reservation. They were completely unwilling to do anything to help me in the situation, as if it was all the hotels fault.

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. Elevator stopped working one day into my stay. Bathroom clean was so-so, mold ring in toilet, leaky faucet, rust. Bed very clean and comfortable.

Stayed here a couple of times. Convenient for Miami. Older hotel. Could really use an upgrade. But pleasant staff and generally clean

The Staff is amazing but the building is showing it's age. Rust was visible on metal fixtures in the rooms. Water fountain had mineral stains on the spigot and many cleaning closets were left open during our visit revealing how unclean those area really were. Again, the staff was amazing!!!!

The staff were friendly but the property is in need of TLC. Toilets have brown rings and mold and bathroom ceilings molding.

Breakfasts were laughable - cold and undercooked. Air conditioning worked sporadically and pool was closed.

Managers were very welcoming and helpful on check-in and check-out. Room was clean and ready upon our arrival and check-out was fast and easy.

Although everything else in our room was clean, there was a funny smell and the shower clearly was leaking.

the bathrooms were rusty. it looked like nothing was cleaned before the stay. all the food was from walmart. would never recommend or stay here ever again.

a bit outdated property particularly the rooms. common areas seemed more attractive. Also too expensive considering what you get for the money. Of course, there are very limited options in that town.

Good location, but pool was extremely cold

This property is awful. The sheets were very obviously not cleaned, food still in fridge, not vacuumed, dirty towels under the sink. Staff was very apologetic and tried to make it right but when we went to check out and get the partial refund we were promised the desk clerk was incredibly rude! The whole place was dirty and in horrible condition. Smoke detectors taped to the ceiling, dirt everywhere, flies all over breakfast area. Avoid this property!!

The staff was awesome. No hot water, plumbing problem..fire dept had to come for burnt toast.. should have gotten a partial reimbursement..no one could shower..I guess those things happen
