Poor customer service. I wasnt aware that i wouldnt get room service. The front desk made me brong dirty towel to them to get more. I had to ask for them as well cause no one came to clean the room. I sweep and clean the room myself. The refrigerator didnt work and the room had a smell.

My stay here was okay until it was time to check out. As soon as we were leaving out the door a roach crawled out from the under refrigerator. Other than that one roach it was an okay place.

The toilet ran all night because the trap did not work. The refrigerator was so loud I had unplug it. The noise in the rooms was very sharp and you could hear people talking banging doors. Everything in the hallway. You had to manually work the television, because the information Stayed on the screen if you did not.

Cold room at check in know heat in room had to be moved to another room i heard a nother custumer say they had to move to another room because of the heat being off and they put me i the same room that was having problems

This Hotel was Great and at a Great Price. Everyone that I encountered that works there was so nice to me.

If your visiting the area and an emergency happens and your choices are sllep in your vehicle or this place..... your vehicle is the better option. It looks like a rent a room by the minute place completely outdated, stains on the sheets... just yuck!! at least your vehicle is how you keep it and its your germs.

Sunday morning I arrived a couple minutes after breakfast was closing up. The guy went out of his way to turn on the waffle maker and made sure I had a full breakfast.

First off, the staff were nice. However, My room had a nasty musty odor. There were no cups in the room. The AC couldn't cool the room below 78 until @11pm.I couldn't get any tv channels most of the time. My room wasn't cleaned once while I was there. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The people that worked there were absolutely wonderful! There was however a terrible smell all throughout the hotel. In our room, there was an air purifier and a hole in the wall with a cord stretched all across the room that gave me great concern! We had to walk over it to get in the room and to get to and from the bathroom.

Was told there would be a $50 deposit, but when I arrived they said I had to pay a $160 deposit. Staff were either rude or non responsive. I couldn't get 2 extra towels for my boys who came to see me. Overall not a great experience and we won't be back.

I had reservations for 3 nights and left in 2 and I requested twice to get at least one night credited back on my card and they basically charged me to 4 nights but was told at the desk I was charged for two. I even had to emailed them twice and they can’t even respond to that so I will never stay there and I’m from that area so I will let others know not to stay there either.

I am very unhappy with this location. We arrived a bit early for our stay and was told that our room wasn’t cleaned yet so we went to the beach and when we arrived they had canceled our room. I booked a room with three queen beds but they gave it to someone else. She said that they weren’t sure if we were going to show up. They did give us another room but we so uncomfortable because we need three beds and only got two.

Worst ever Hotels.com paid them. They refused refund even though I was refused a ro for being local. Please don't choose this establishment. We had to fork out for two hotels.

Parking was dark and only from entrance to hotel we came in late night after dancing til 2 am at the shag clubs. women need more lighted areas to walk in late at night

The hotel was being remodeled. The room was clean and freshly painted but bare. It had 2 beds, one was clean the other had hair in it. The bed sleep good. The breakfast was great, more than expected and the best coffee. I’d rate it a 5. The lady who was working the area was sweet and wanted to make sure everyone was taken care of, or if they needed anything. The service was very nice and the gentleman was very helpful at the desk.
The price for what it was, was a bit high. But I had to find something at the last minute that was fairly close. I wouldn’t rule it out but hopefully the remodeling will take care of the rest. Overall I would rate it a
3 1/2 stars.

Everyone there was super friendly. Great staff. The hotel is under repair so understandably things were not the neatest or cleanest but I’m sure once the repairs are complete the place will be 5 stars across the board :)
