It was decent, clean an comfortable

Tried to take a shower water backed up in tub above our ankles Had to get out and wash our feet and lower legs when we had finished showering. Toilet didn't want to flush. Breakfast was very nice it was just cold. No microwave to heat it up.

The employees were great and friendly… however we found a cockroach, among other bugs inside of our hotel room.

Much better hotel and less traffic area than staying downtown. Only 20 minutes from music row and stadium. Very clean with decent restaurants and shops for a visit to Nashville.

The staff made check-in/check-out very quick and easy. The lobby and breakfast areas were nice, clean and well-maintained and serviced. The rooms were fine, and clean. Hallways are ready for upgrades to catch up to the lobby.

Very dated facility. Pictures make the place look much more up to date than it actually is. Heavily rusted door trim, molding caulking in tub, just an old building. Was noisy and not a comfortable sleep. I would have expected these conditions in a hotel about half the price of what we paid. Will look elsewhere next time through.

The hotel has too few number of staff its size. We booked a Suite with King Bed and it was a big big suite (Plus Point). However the cloth Closet did not have a single Hanger… they closed the breakfast buffer at 9:00am though all LQ has breakfast open till 10:00 on Sat/Sun

This hotel was horrible! There was a roach in the sink soon as we opened our door, the plumbing was bad! Standing water while you shower and carpet in hallways were stained like you would not believe. This hotel needs to be shut down!

I've stayed there before and it was in way better condition. Hallway was in poor condition, they were doing renovations. But the crew didn't clean up well afterwards. I felt a little uneasy when I 1st stepped off the elevator. I have to say it'll be a while before I stay the again. Room was nice and comfortable. Room can use upgrades to the toilet, to to low.

There was no staff in the facility. Check in with the kiosk lady was difficult - communication was a problem and she couldn't post the extra charges on my credit card. after several attempts. I don't know how things ended up in that regard.
I knew there was going to be an extra $10 charged for services but do not understand how the motel could charge for services when it didn't offer any. services.
Room was designed well and was spacious. Enjoyed the room for an short overnight stay.

I thought the room was in great condition, as was the breakfast room. Common areas such as elevator, hallway floors and walls were not in good shape. Lots of dust and dirt in the corners of the elevator (which also smelled bad). Lobby looked nice and the gentleman who checked us in was FANTASTIC. He was personable and made us feel welcome. Rare to find at nighttime check in.

The carpet in the hallways and stairs is filthy. There was a roach crawling in the sink soon as I first walked in (requested and received a new room right away)

I have stayed at many La Quintas, in fact I usually try to stay at a La Quinta when traveling becAuse they are always clean, comfortable, and a good value. However, I was very disappointed with this stay. The hotel was falling apart. The hot tub was dirty, the rugs were covered in stains, the elevator was deteriorating, the wifi did not work. The front desk was often unattended and at one point I had to go looking around for someone at the desk to help me. The hotel is just run down and in need of repairs. Not worth the money.

Nice budget friendly hotel. The Mexican restaurant right in front is an added bonus because they have great food at good prices.

The room had dirty furniture. Chair cloth was torn on the arms, bathtub fiberglass was old and showed major wear, room doors were spot painted, carpet was dirty, baseboard in bedroom was ripped off wall. Hallway carpet was old and dirty in spots.
