La villetta è una casa singola al solo piano terra , di una schiera di più abitazioni, ha vista mare, è dotata di due ingressi dai due cortili uno anteriore ampio con doccia esterna e ampia veranda attrezzata di barbecue , tranquillamente usufruibile per i pasti all'aperto, ed un cortile posteriore coperto, dove è stata approntata l'area lavanderia . Percorso il cortile anteriore e la veranda si accede al pranzo soggiorno con area cucina ed al soggiorno dotato di divano letto matrimoniale , e televisore, proseguendo il bagno con finestra e con ampia doccia e la camera matrimoniale dotata di ampio armadio e unita di climatizzazione. L'abitazione è sita ai piedi di una collina lussureggiante di macchia mediterranea dalla quale è possibile avvertire i profumi al calar della sera. Dista dalla rinomata spiaggia di Costa Rey 350 mt ( 8 Km ininterrotti di spiaggia bianca e mare cristallino) ed è tranquillamente raggiungibile a piedi circa 5 minuti. Alla stessa distanza si trovano centro commerciale con varie attività: bar, pizzeria,ristoranti,pescheria,farmacia etc. Inoltre per chi vuole, sono presenti attività ricreative a pagamento come : Diving, vela, noleggio gommoni, escursioni,etc. mentre nella spiaggia gli stabilimenti presenti eseguono varie attività di ristoro e sportive /ricreative musicali .( tornei di beach volley, beach tennis, etc.) . La casa è ideale per ospitare serenamente 4 persone , nella piazza adiacente l'abitazione nella stagione estiva viene fatto due volte a settimana il mercato rionale, dove è possibile reperire prodotti alimentari freschi e anche tipici.Sono disponibili su richiesta degli ospiti che vorranno: lettino da viaggio per bimbo, seggiolone, passeggino , ombrellone .
