The accommodation was a self contained bedsit.
All areas were clean and well maintained.
The bed was comfortable and one could adjust the heating in the bathroom and bedroom separately.
I didn't use the balcony, but there were two chairs should I have wished to.
There were washing machines available if required.
There were clear instructions within the room as to the accommodations rules.
The were rules regarding'quiet' times of day / night. Overall I found it a very quiet environment.
I stayed 4 nights Thursday through to Monday.
Access was via stairs and lift.
The nearest tram station was a short walk away.
Overall very satisfied with my stay.

The room wasnt bad for the price. My only complaint is with Hotels.com. the description of the rom was a bit misleading. We ended with two twin beds that were not next to each other. Me and my wife slept across the room from one another.
