When we checked in everything was good until they told us that the elevator wasn't working and we were on the 3rd floor and they compted us a larger room for the inconvenience.. Took everything up, room was large. Sat on the beds and there was a hard edge around the edge of the beds which made it hard to sit on but where we slept was great. 1 person took a shower in the morning. Had to have help shutting off the water. Shower was great. 3 of us used the toilet and it worked like a toilet should. 4th one tried, it wouldn't flush after use. The sink started smelling like sewer. Used our key cards a couple of times and then all cards quite working. When we left, reported all problems and all the front desk guy said was guess we'll have to check that out. Sure hope they did. Breakfast was really good also.

Headboards have poor design where mattresses (full in my room) are not flush and allow pillows to fall down into a void while you are sleeping. Sink (I'm short) is located outside the tub/toilet area. It is set too far back and hard to access comfortable for face washing etc. Staff, though, was great and friendly. Breakfast was good, but from overhearing a conversation with another set of travelers, they need to have a decaf option for coffee. Location was good for everything I needed to do/see that weekend with my friends.

Good value Hotel with very responsive and helpful staff (Michel was particularly great). Restaurants nearby. Breakfast room always very clean and in order. Hotel does need deferred maintenance issues dealt with & upgrading in the rooms, clean the carpet, replace outlets & add more, fix lights over headboards & armoire, replace hooks, upgrade towels, etc. But they treat guests well!

Bathroom smelled sewer like; had to keep bathroom door closed. 2 different electrical outlets were inoperative. Did not work, Lamp light broke, unplugged, and placed in the middle of room.

I liked that place a lot ! It’s not new, but so comfortable!! I slept like a baby ., very quiet and great bed and mattress!! Room was clean . Highly recommend!

The person at the front desk was very friendly and polite and it was fun talking to him and finding go out about the places nearby!

Staff was friendly and pleasant, on the phone and in person. He was quick in checking us in and providing good food options nearby at the time we checked in

I stayed at this hotel at least 4 times and I have loved it each time. It is clean, maybe not like a 5 star hotel but it gets the job done and it is inexpensive.

The hotel is overall 3.5 rating. For a low budget hotel it met all my needs. Rooms clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was nice and breakfast was ok. Elevator did not work which was very inconvenient but the staff was helpful enough to help in taking our luggage upstairs. For the room rate can’t complain would definitely stay here again.

There is a lot of dust in the bathroom fan. The elevator is out of order. You have to rub soap for a long time to make foam. Don't expect anything but to sleep.

Rooms were dusty had spiderwebs and needed to buy air freshener for the room sometimes smelled like cigarette

The elevator to the hotel was out of service and all the suites are on the 3rd floor so taking 3 flights of stairs was not ideal

I’ve only ever stayed one other time from out of state. Booked online got an amazing rate for a week. Love the location clean quiet lots of great businesses near by. Fantastic Pancake house across the street. I price checked the other hotel/motels nearby and this was right in the middle of quality price and amenities . Make your own waffles hot coffee and lots more food in the morning all included!! Staff is wonderful every single one I spoke with both times I stayed! Have grandkids over for sleep overs and have fun in the comfy rooms. There was some unpainted patches in the room behind the vanity and what looked like some mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the elevator stopped working and it stopped working last time I stayed too!!??Not too big of a deal there are only 3 floors and we stayed on the 2nd so only one stair case to climb. But overall it checks most of my boxes, love it will always stay here!!! Children Museum about 1 mile!

The people here were so kind. I don't know what that one review was talking about seeing a cockroach. There were absolutely no bugs of any sort and the entire place was pristine. The breakfast was yummy and the room was cozy and very quiet and peaceful. I absolutely loved this place! I would stay there again in a heartbeat. There's a nice little Fitness room. I could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Self employed business travelers like me want a comfortable place to stay that is up to date, clean, friendly, and reasonably priced. Baymont checked all the boxes. The staff that was very friendly and helpful. Will return for future business trips.

The staff was super friendly, breakfast was ok. The room had garbage behind the bed. On is the table side lamps had no plug to be plugged in. Same side of the bed had no plug for your phone. The bar soap was way to small, had to go out buy one. The remote did not work well with TV even after new batteries
