We were here just for one night before a flight. Check in was easy. Check out was easy. We needed a 3.30am shuttle to the airport and it was there on time.

Had issues with my flight and it was so easy and convenient to use this hotel. Didn’t have to wait for the service shuttle. Personnel were friendly

The location was perfect since I was working in the area. The staff was courteous, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was subpar. Not much to choose from and no fruit. My main complaint was the woman pounding on a door in the hallway on the third floor at 3:30am and arguing with someone. This lasted about 45 minutes until she went inside of another room and settled down.

It was my first time staying at La Quinta. I was impressed with the overall building, it was clean and modern. The staff was very helpful. The free parking was great as well, however, there was really no lunch or dinner options. The TV was very small and the remote barely worked. Minor issues really. I would stay there again.

Checkin was quick even at 11pm. Hotel seemed safe and very clean and updated. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was that 4am shuttle to airport never showed up. At 4:20 we had to walk next door to laz parking and hop on their shuttle. Also can’t leave your car in their lot while your away, they will tow it. Wasn’t told this I just happened to ask if it would be ok where I had parked assuming parking was included. Had to go park next door at Laz at 18.00 per day. Not a big deal but would have been nice to know ahead of time because plenty of other places that allow parking for trip duration at no extra cost.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, but ZERO sound proofing between rooms or floors. Could hear the people stomping around above me all night, didn’t get any sleep.

Nice clean efficient hotel close to the airport. Breakfast was fine but cups, plates and silverware were all plastic. Only down side was a smoke detector that was in the hall and needed a battery change so I could hear it chirping all night.

I was in town less than 24 hours to pick up a puppy in CT and return to NC. The room did not smell like dog or animal. I liked the flooring and shower-great stay! The bed was very comfortable-great reception and staff.

Woman screaming at the top of her lungs for hours. Staff only came once to quiet the couple. Continued until 11:30 at night

The hotel its self is ok. Breakfast was poor. Upon checkin i gave credit card for incidentals. I made it clear that i prepaid on my Hotels.com app as i do very often. I wanted to not be double charged. I stayed 2 nights and after checkout i noticed that my Credit Card was charged each day even tho it was pre paid in full. The hotel says my credit card charges will be returned within 24 hours. Now i notice another charge equivalent to both nights. So far ive paid triple for this stay. Staff needs to correctly do there job and if they do not fully understand the process then dont do mess with others money! It wasnt many years ago that this kind of stuff woukd have stranded me. Please pay attention and do your job. I will never give a cc for incidentals again.

The room was fine, did not feel as clean as other places but that is reflected in the price. Worst part was the booger in the shower. Overall, it is worth staying there for the location and price if you are just staying one night near the airport.

The hotel is very clean, the young lady at the front desk (I forgot her name) she was very pleasant and very helpful. Very close to the airport. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay there.

dirty room with last customers food and drinks all over and bed dirty. elevator down and no water available to drink or buy.

The hotel was very clean. Front desk forgot the wake-up call but I had my alarm on so everything was fine.Front desk staff could be better informed on shuttle times and time it takes to get to the airport (other pick-up stops of shuttle almost made me miss my flight).

Everything was fine except the elevator was not working and the Maid service knocked on my door at 0930 on the day I was to check out. Had it been after 1100 no problem.

Room very hot and dry. We couldn’t control the heat very well and not the humidity at all. Room very clean though narrow.
