Friendly staff, quick shuttle, clean room.
Breakfast is a bit simple but it does the job.

Clean, comfortable room. Unfortunately, they didn't clean it every day. Only 2 bath towels and one hand towel for two adults for two days. Shampoo ran out. Hand bar support in bathtub was broken. Ran out of breakfast items by 8:00am, said their "delivery was late."

I was surprised at the results of the recent updates - painting comes first to mind because it makes the rooms brighter and cleaner.

Nice hotel, only a few issues, some staff members can be a little friendlier, also the night before checkout, there was constant door slamming all the way till 0300am, I don’t know what kind of people they were, but no respect for others I considered calling the police but I didn’t. From the sound of things, they were in the room next to me, I was in 121

Just need a room near the airport. Room was nice and mostly clean. The carpet was a bit sticky in certain places. The building is pretty old but well maintained. Great service

I was very happy with my stay. Room was clean. Breakfast was more than acceptable. Eggs and sausage available. Not just your typical do it your self waffle maker. 8 free nights of parking makes staying here a no brainer

The staff is very friendly and make u feel like you're home visiting family. Clean rooms. Eady shuttle to and from airport. Definitely would recommend.

This was a decent hotel for the money. Our number one criteria is cleanliness and it was clean. Mattress was very firm and pillows a little thick, but no Hotel can get your personal pillow right. Room and bathroom were clean and looked nice. Breakfast was the usual packaged rolls and buns and cereal, with yogurt, scrambled eggs and pork sausages which we expected. This served our needs.
The lower price of $89 attracted us and we have had experience with Baymont before and expected it to be okay, and it was. Definitely would stay again.
Ignore the negative reviews about unfriendly staff at the front desk. You only need to deal with them to check in and to check out. The lady in the morning was exceptionally helpful to our needs and went out of her way.

This place is VERY close to the airport and is what it is. An airport hotel with a decent breakfast and good prices. There are "nicer" hotels in the area, but at 2 times the cost.

Well we stayed from the Friday 23 2023 until Tuesday the 27 of Feb and had a nice time they were so nice friendly. But what I seen was employee going out the door and walking back in the door which seems uncomfortable unlocked and the tile above the main entrance but other than that it was Perfect

Air conditioning was really cold and it took a while for us to figure out how to turn it off. Beds were great, and liked the staff. Did not find the driver to airport friendly and helpful. Glad we stayed there and would do so again.

Friendly staff. Room was extremely dirty like nobody has vacuumed or dusted. The lamp lights were so dirty you had to wash the stickyness off your hands after turning the switch. Your provided 4 of the smallest dirt cheap pillows that smell like someone else layed on them and was not cleaned before. Extremely cheap and convenient for park and fly. Was cheaper to book this room then pay for parking for our trip so overall we would book again but know we would need to bring our own pillows and have a low expectation of cleanliness.the staff were extremely nice and friendly.
