A beautiful palace on the hills of Tangier, a little oasis of quiet and charm. We really enjoyed the pool and all the amenities on site. Kudos to the staff who was so nice and helpful, they really made our stay enjoyable.
We felt like we were overcharged on certain services including transportation (double of what we would be charged with regular taxis) and laundry ($100 for small bag of laundry).

Beautiful setting for this hotel. The reception//lobby are very aesthetic. The rooms were very comfortable and quite spacious. We liked the luxurious details of the hotel in and around the setting.
The breakfast was very good quality with a huge variety. The swimming pool is a large good size. The spa which consists of sauna/steam etc was included and easily booked, via Oumayma who was very helpful. Overall i enjoyed the stay and felt very refreshed whilst on the trip.
The service/esp housekeeping was a little slow when requesting anything over the phone. If we wanted anything for ex bed sheets/ towels , it would require a few phone calls, and take about 30 mins to receive. This was a little disappointing as the hotel was not especially busy.

The architecture was amazing. Neely renovated. Beautiful property. Great view of the city. Friendly staff. Not a lot of vegetarian options for dinners.
Part of the room wasn’t clean. One sink didn’t drain well and when I called it wasn’t fixed in the 2 day stay. The spa smelled like urine. The closet door couldn’t open all the way as it hit the bed. Took 2 bathrobes and gave 1
Back clean. Minor but lacked attention to detail.
