Wonderful place to stay. Location was ideal for where I needed to be. The room was clean and the shower was fantastic. They offer a continental breakfast that had many choices, as well.

Staff was very nice. Grounds are well kept and clean. Breakfast was basic continental very relaxing seating while eating. Pool area nice.

This is a retro motel but the rooms are updated. Modern style bathrooms & very clean and comfortable rooms.
I especially loved the huge garden area in the center with old Florida trees, a Koi pond, pool and gazebo where breakfast was laid out. We were only there one night but wish we stayed longer.

I thought this was one of the better places we stayed during our trip. The room is okay, clean, comfortable enough for the price. The place itself is lovely. The pool is warm and wonderful, grounds beautiful and well-maintained. There were lovely touches throughout the place that we appreciated! Too bad I don’t know how to play shuffleboard.

I was looking for an inexpensive but decent hotel close to the beach and I ended getting a lot more than I had hoped for. Meghan at the front desk was an absolute pleasure during check in. She really went above by and beyond by taking the time to help me find some local live music venues. There were free cold bottled waters in the reception area which is a small touch that I always appreciate. The free breakfast was also very much appreciated and I thought very good for a continental type of breakfast. It was in a very nice setting, it was open until 1030am and it had a free local newspaper to read! A small touch but an indication that management is attentive to details. The beds were small in my room but there was a hardwood/vinyl floor with a microwave and a fridge so all was good. Add to the fact that it’s only about 3 miles from the beach and a nice state park, it’s 20 minutes from downtown Naples, it has a heated pool in a tropical setting all at a great price and you have a winner!

This was our 2nd stay at this fabulous little gem of a hotel! Very eco friendly, so nice to be able to be immersed in nature while still being so close to fun restaurants and shops! It’s a quick drive to beautiful beaches and the staff is absolutely the best to be found. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Everything was ok except for 2 things. First, the room was in a open area to the street and it was very unsecure and dangerous. At midnight somebody knocked the door and we were petrified and second the breakfast was practically empty with now scrambled eggs, only bread and cream cheese with coffee

Overall a beautiful place to stay. Our only real issue was the noise. Walls are thin and you could hear your neighbours talking and their tv. Also, the road noise was too much at times, especially all the sirens, there must be an emergency service nearby.

Older unit that was upgraded. Had kitchenette but I didn’t use for the one night stay. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Just as described—an oasis in the city! It felt like we were at a resort on a Caribbean island. The room and furnishings were clean and good quality. The continental breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. Only one issue with the laundry facilities-the washer fills very slowly so the entire wash cycle takes just over an hour. Some improvements are needed in the laundry area but everything else was superb!

Great peaceful place. Beautiful new courtyard was very impressive. Yes, rooms can be said “outdated”, however everything is spotless. Again, I will say spotless. They do a great job of making sure customers needs are met and everything is clean. Super pet friendly w/ reasonable per fee. Light breakfast was great. Highly recommend.

Friendly front desk, clean rooms, beautiful area and kids had a great time in the pool. Breakfast is complimentary but was not hot breakfast.

This place was amazing . Highly recommended. We were surprised to have a kitchen in the room , we loved it . Nice BBQ and wonderful pool . I’df we are ever in the area again this is the first place we will book . The gals at the front desk were very helpful and friendly .

Very nice staff! Very clean! It was nice having some breakfast items available! Great to have a mini fridge,microwave and coffee maker in room! Lovely pool! Well run establishment!

My purpose for such a negative review on this property is simple. I originally booked through Expedia. A couple days before my proposed stay at the hotel, I called to confirm my room. I was told that I had two twins, which I had booked to Queens. I explained to the manager that, there were three of us to stay in the room and he offered an air mattress. At this point I told him that I was not interested in staying there and paying the full price. My credit card was still charged full price for two nights, and I did not stay at this location at all. They have refused to return my money.

This is an older property but very well kept and tidy. Pool area was very nice.

Great value but no proper blackout curtains and a/c was sub par. Continental breakfast was nice and bed was comfortable. Bathroom shower pressure was really high and water went everywhere. No vent to remove steam either.

Very nice place. Two issues. Woke up in the middle of the night to a very strange almost sewerage/gas like odor that eventually went away. The second issue, stupid as it sounds was the shower current. It continued to sweep into the shower on us. But, the breakfast was very nice and the grounds were beautiful. Room was clean and bed comfy. Prices very reasonable.

We had a wonderful visit here! It's located on a main road in Naples near a ton of restaurants and shops and about a 5-7 minute car ride to a Delnor Wiggins, which is a beautiful beach and state park.
The staff here are so kind and helpful and having a complimentary continental breakfast and coffee makes it that much better.

Have stayed here on more than a couple of occasions when visiting family in Naples. Like location, property, amenities, personnel, pretty much everything about Fairways Inn of Naples, except for the twin beds this last stay. My fault though due to an oversight when booking. Will stay here again when in Naples visiting family.

The outdoor areas were lush with a very tropical feel. The place is very dated but has potential and they are trying to make some improvements. It is a very tired facility and I'll leave it at that.

The grounds (courtyard and pool) are beautiful. If I were staying more than one night, I would prefer a room facing the courtyard 😊.
