Good, clean friendly staff. With the airport shuttle it was good value. Recommend, A+

Stayed for 8 days to explore this part of B.C. and visit and old friend. Chose this hotel due to the proximity to the airport, price range, and the availability of free airport shuttle. We did not stay in the room for most of the days, but we found the room and lobby quite quiet when we were in. Lobby, hallways and room all very clean. The room was a little warm but I was unable to adjust the temperature on the older style climate control machine. Staff very helpful and courteous. Shuttle service was good. Did not use the restaurant during our stay but it appeared clean, well decorated and modern, price on menu very reasonable. Will recommend and will stay here again.

Big disappointment that our wake up call for 5:15 was ignored. Luckily had a backup so made the shuttle. was told housekeeping for got to unlock phone.

The pictures on Hotels.com don't look/didn't feel anything like what I experienced! I show up, and the property is in the back of a strip mall with what looks like a nightclub out front?!? The property is incredibly outdated and needs upgrades from top to bottom, including the staff!

The staff are accommodating and friendly and they have good services. The room is also clean and cozy. Location is good.

Clean place, smooth check in/out, friendly staffs. Close to restaurants and shopping malls. The only complaint was that toilet paper was too far from the toilet seat, hand soap was too far from the sink.

I needed somewhere to stay overnight because I missed a connecting flight. This hotel had shuttle service, was far enough from the airport that I did not hear planes all noght and had an attached restaurant.
The service was excellent from check in to shuttle and the bonus was the quality of food at the adjoining restaurant.

The staff were super efficient and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shuttle came and went on time, and the driver was helpful. The restaurant was provided excellent food and good value.

Great staff. Restaurant serves a delicious salmon burger. The coffee machines in 2 of 3 rooms booked were broken. Nice maintenance guy replaced one of them. Thanks for paying for our early morning taxi to the airport! Overall, very clean, good beds, excellent hotel

Great location with complementary shuttle from and to the airport. The room is clean and the staffs are friendly. It would be perfect if the wifi can be a bit more stable.

Their shuttle between airport and hotel is working! Ongoing dispute with drivers at a few others means no shuttle.

The lady who helped me at the front desk (Alex) was extremely helpful and professional and cute even *bonus*
She works extremely hard and was always readily available to help me with whatever confusing situation i had due to my travel ridden state.
I don’t know what they’re paying her, but it isn’t enough. She does the job of three different people with a smile on her face.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property itself looks fine, but could use some updates, for sure - most of it is aesthetic updates, but the heater is quite old and noisy.) The room we stayed in looked right out to the Volvo dealership, and the light was bothersome the whole night. The window shade did not block out the light enough, and there were no curtains. We wanted to use one of the two electric charging stations which was advertised and there was a 4 hour limit, but there were 2 cars that were parked there all evening and overnight so we were not able to use it. There's a $10 parking fee which is reasonable for the area.
