Kinda outdated. Tv didn’t work half the night very lumpy bed didn’t sleep good and Cavanaugh steakhouse extremely overpriced

Unfortunately one of my worst experiences in a hotel ever. Air didn’t work. Cold shower. Unpleasant odor. It just simply wasn’t good. Nothing else to say.

Staff was not overly welcoming. Rooms were outdated and was hard to find a working outlet. Elevators looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years

Booked a king room but they oversold so they switched me to a 2 queen room. First off, the room had no closets..like not a place to hang a sweatshirt other than over the desk chair. Secondly, there was no safe. It’s a casino hotel with no safes??? That makes no sense. Also you have to park at the casino & take the walkway over to the hotel. The person who checked in next to me got told about some hotel parking that you use your key for but my person barely told me where the elevator was. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there & so it was a quick check in vs the other person standing next to me

Comfy bed. Large bathroom and nice shower with multiple heads. It's Indiana, not Vegas, so it more than met expectations. Very friendly people and good location with free parking. Had a great time watching the eclipse and even won some money.

I really enjoyed the really nice hotel of the The Tower Legions. It is so much nicer and newly remodeled compared to Ballys. I will definitely be back.

Had no sheets on the bed, no hygiene products, very outdated. Our thermostat did not work.

We have stayed at this hotel, many many times in the past. We've always enjoyed the trip to Evansville. This time was a little different. No refrigerator. Had to ask for one did not work the two days we were there. Not enough people working in casino or serving drinks. Overall, we like the trip but probably be a while before we go back.

I was pretty disappointed in the cleanliness at the Bally's Evansville. The carpet in the main areas was absolutely disgusting. It looked like they had not been cleaned in many years. Our room was in the legends tower and it was ok but when we extended the curtains in the room, it looked like they either had mold or grime or something between the folds. It was gross. The pictures online looked bright and clean and that is not at all how it was in real life.

Room was dirty. They did not clean under the bed at all. I requested a non smoking room and you could definitely tell someone smoked in the room.

Paid for non smoking room , it was a smoking room and it smelled terrible.

Midweek is not a great time to visit. Steakhouse wasn't open and the other two bars on the property were closed by like 9pm. Also, not very many tables open. I ended up finding another bar downtown.
Should be noted that the hotel was otherwise a good value. As much as I don't like the notion of a daily resort fee.

I’m terribly disappointed with my stay. I was there for R&R, however because of the horrible smell in the hallways, lack of security, and so much more..reasons for which I cannot explain, I want a full refund. I had a most terrible experience prior and never once did I get a response to my concerns and that’s even after I contacted the manager directly.

No hot water in the shower and bad city view. Furniture dirty and old wood. Tv too small. Carpet burned and dirty. Horrible experience never again

This hotel is separated from another hotel by a casino. You can no longer check in here, you have to physically go to the other hotel to check in and then go back. All vending machines for drinks on ground floor were empty, as well as the vending machine on our floor. Housekeeping came in to our room at 9:55 am while we were still in there to start cleaning.

Good location - parking is a little odd because you can't pull directly into the parking garage from the front but have to go around. Liked the fact that anything higher than the 2nd floor had to have a secured room key to get to those floors.

I accidentally booked a smoking room in the tower and there were no non-smoking rooms left. The desk clerk was very helpful and offered to have them run an ozone machine in the room. It really didn’t smell too bad in the room although the hallway reeked. The tower is MUCH better than the casino hotel which we stayed at a month or so ago. There are very few restaurants on site but we were there for a catered party and that food was very good.

Really nice place to stay. Check in was fast and friendly. Room was great the beer prices were very good for a casino. The lady at the desk when checking out was pretty miserable though.

Very clean hotel. It was a very nice stay and i have no complaints at all. Would definitely recommend.

On the surface the place is really nice. I’m not saying I wouldn’t stay here again, but there were stains on the walls, furniture and debris under the furniture. It feels like the place was built in the 70’s not the 90’s. I would hope a little attention to detail and they can bring this place back to what I am sure it once was.
Service though was awesome! The restaurant staff is attentive and my food was really good. I also think prices are very fair for a casino property. If you are in the area I would make a stop and experience some real Hoosier hospitality.

When we got to the hotel we were charged additional fees after we already booked. We booked a non-smoking room but the cigarette smoke came through the vents and stuff and our room smelled as if we were smoking in there. I understand they allow smoking in some rooms and the casino allows smoking, but it was too much much smoke smell in our non-smoking room.

As a local it's so sad that all of the bars/restaurants are gone from the hotel, "The District" and Hoosiers Lounge - man was that the good ol days.
The room itself was still great, great view of city and river. It has held up well since its glory days as LeMerigot.

The Hotel was very nice and quiet.We had a great stay. The casino was a different story. It was the tightest i have ever seen as far as the machine games. Over all a good long weekend.

The carpet in the main areas is horrible. Most of the parking garage was under repair. The smell of smoke was very noticeable, and the rooms needed updating. Feels like yet another casino came to Evansville, dropped anchor, and stopped trying.

Hotel room was roomy. The bathroom was not clean and the sink was clogged and had approx . 2 inches of standing water in it when I arrived. I had to leave approx 45 min after arrival so asked the front desk to unclog during the 5 to 6 hours I’d be gone. The sink was still clogged when I returned. Was Friday at 4:45 pm when I notified them. Thus the low to average rating. Location is great if going to the casino.

The area of the hotel that I booked our room in was intentional because I knew it held the nicer rooms but I was not aware that, since becoming a Bally’s, this area used the Ballys check in area. This means that after checking one much drag your suitcase through the entire casino area to tech the Legends Tower, I feel like there should be someone working at the registration desk in the Legends Tower registration desk as one is paying more for a room which is farthest away from the registration desk.

I was surprised there wasn't daily housekeeping in my room. I was never told about it I had to call the front desk when I returned to my room and it wasn't cleaned.
