This is the second year in a role that we have stayed there. It’s a great hotel. Very conveniently located as well.

Our stay experience wasn't above in comparison to past stays at Holiday Inn Express and Suites. We stayed the weekend and the room was average, no USB connectivity for electronic devices, bathroom fan was very loud, main door wouldn't self close and had to force the door shut. During free breakfast, dining room was small with children running around and playing games on computers. We had to go back to our room to eat breakfast. I will say the lady at the front desk was very friendly when we checked in and out.

Very happy with the accomodations. Very clean, comfortable beds, quiet atmosphere. The outside of the windows were very dirty, and the paint around the window was not finished.

Clean & friendly staff. The only disappointment was the guest above us was loud past midnight. The sound of their water for the tub was loud.

We are arrived late, and it was dark. Staff are easily to talk to and check-in fast.

Everything was super good and great breakfast . Only downside was the blankets was dirty and wasn’t have a replacement.

Rating was affected by the fact the property was in the middle of a renovation. The lobby seating area and breakfast areas were closed. There were construction materials stacked around in places, spacers beret floor tiles that had not been grouted yet, etc. I would guess the property will be in great shape once the project is completed. The front desk staff was very friendly.

It was just ok. My husband and I wanted to use the hot tub but there were kids in the pool area. We went back down 2 other times and they were still there. We never got to enjoy the hot tub

This has been our place to stay when we visit family in the area but this stay was not as comfortable as it has been in the past. We constantly had issues with our room keys and had to return to desk to get new keys almost every time we returned to our room. The key always worked to the fitness room but never to our room. Also the room heater constantly made an annoying noise when it turned on and tried to heat the room. We alerted the management and a service guy was sent to check on it but it was never fixed so we just turned it off entirely and had to hope that the room would maintain its heat for comfort. Typically this is an excellent location and stay for us; it is very clean; very friendly front desk and awesome breakfast lay out.

We were able to check in early because our room was ready. This allowed us to rest a little before we needed to be somewhere else

Disturbances from next room until 4am gave us not even close to a restful night’s sleep. Notified desk at midnight and they followed up, but 5 minutes later it resumed. I would expect another follow up by staff to make sure it was resolved but was not done. Room was just down the hall from front desk, so easy to check on. Paid for a room that we got little value for and most likely would never stay here again. Property was clean and staff friendly enough, but did not serve this customer properly

The front desk guy at night was very helpful due to my late arriving time to the hotel. Well, water didn't drain well when i took a shower in room 314 where i stayed. Other than that, it was great stay to fit my schedule. And, their breakfast was good.

The room had a faint cigarette smoke odor. Tried to get a receipt when checking out. No one was at the desk, and no one answered the phone number they left for you to call. Entrance to hotel was taped off when I arrived for check in. Not easily discernable how to get in the hotel. Staff seemed bored.

Very pleasant stay. No problems at all. Check in and out was easy, the hot breakfast was good (standard hotel food), the room was clean and nice. I would stay again if in the area

The general manager LaVette Macías take her time all the time to provide with one of the best services in the industry, one of the best hotel destinations for an4 days stay I received. A big big tums up for her and her staff.

Everything aside from check-in and the first hour there was fine. The front desk staff issued a second set of key cards to another guest, who accessed our room 30 minutes after we had checked in (and while changing to go prepare for a wedding). The other couple was kind and understanding, but it was a bit embarrassing and a big security concern in my view, considering people travel with expensive electronics, cash, sometimes firearms, etc. The pool and hot tub were nice and breakfast was a good touch as well!

My stay at this holiday inn express was a good one. Room was clean and had a microwave and mini fridge. My only complaint was a slight hint of cigarette smoke in the hallway and room even though it was a non smoking property.

Loved this location! Exceptionally clean room and facility. Front desk staff was very friendly and truly concerned about making iur stay a goos one. We really appreciated the frank and honest tips about nearby restaurants. The advice was dead on and having a good meal then going back to a clean room helps tremendously in making a stay a good one. We will cine back to this location the next time we are in the Saint Paul area!

Walking distance to a restaurant. Easy to get to off the interstate. Good breakfast buffet in the morning. One of the more affordable options relative to other hotels in the area.

Easy access to the property from the highway and lobby area clean and checkin easy but we had no water pressure for anything in the bathroom and the tv didn’t turn on. They had already been notified of the water problem and had called someone in. Management came down and tried several remotes to get tv to turn on but we had to wait quite a while for someone to finally bring a new remote and get tv to turn in.
By that time the person who wanted to watch it had fallen asleep.
