The location is perfect and within walking distance/drive from main points of interest. Soundproofing is an issue with very audible conversations/crying baby on either side of my room and at inconvenient hours . The crying baby was much more understandable than the festive folks yakking away at 1am. Though I mentioned this inconvenience to the front desk, nothing was offered as a token of compensation. In general, I found the staff at front desk helpful. Cooper’s restaurant is a good spot fot onsite dining

Very convenient location just off Elgin St., next to Ottawa City Hall. Rooms are clean and modern. Reasonably well stocked with kitchen gear for longer stays. This was my second time at the hotel, and I was very comfortable.
On-site parking is first-come-first-serve, so if you don't get a spot, you will be sent to a (more expensive) surface lot across the street.
My only real issue is that there are no hooks in the bathroom for toilettries bags or hand towels.
The fitness facilities are better than many hotels at this level. Having a pool is also nice for relaxation or a few laps.

Great location! Elevator was a bit slow, but everything else was amazing for the price! Great staff and service!

The room was fantastic, the staff were friendly and helpful. I was quite surprised that a hotel in the Canadian capital did not have Sportsnet available on the TV.
