Chateau Big Bear Boutique Hotel, BW Signature Collection

I had a situation happen where it was actually a misunderstanding between the website of Expedia and the actual booking system through the boutique hotel. They double booked a room, but Roland was amazing, and the fact of he makes sure that I was comfortable in the room that we did wind up, choosing other than that. Everything was beautiful. They have in amazing property. The amenities are very nice. It just depends. I guess what view you have. I had view of the woods. It was actually really beautiful. I really enjoyed my stay. I was there on a working trip and I had an excellent time. I just wish the restaurant was open, so I can try it, but other than that. They also have a hiking trail right behind the parking lot all and all I really enjoyed my time being there, so if you’re looking for a place to stay with a great view and good staff, and a complementary breakfast. This is the place for you.

Very nice, clean, quiet hotel. Carol, who checked us in, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We asked for a room change to not have a balcony towards the parking lot snd she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was really good.

Great overall hotel, nice rooms and good breakfast. Love the restaurant and the live music.

I have to start off with how much I LOVE the kooky art work in this hotel. It made me want to walk to halls just to find more. 😂Absolutely loved my room! The jetted tub was so amazing and appreciated the balcony for a solo cup of coffee in the morning. Sheets were crisp and clean and the room smelled wonderful when I walked in. Wish I got the name of the woman who checked me in to give her a shout out. She was a sweetheart. Will absolutely stay here again if and when I visit Big Bear. 🐻 Only thing to know is there is a $20 a night parking fee to be in the lot. Worth it.
