Room was great and clean. Staff was very friendly. Only thing is I wish the rooms had not pillows in them as they are very flat.

We booked and paid for a King size room called made sure we got a king size room. Get here they have a whole conference going on get to the room first thing We noticed where two beds. Go back to lobby only thing we were offered was our money back and not what we paid for. We are a married couple that needed a break and had to sleep in separate beds, to be comfortable .They catered too who they wanted to cater to we will not stay here again very disappointed.

We got there and customer service was good when we arrived-pets are not welcome and the Hotel was old in in run down condition

They put me in a nasty, stinking room with stains everywhere. Oh and bugs. I went to the front desk and told the guy that it was unacceptable and that I would not stay there. He asked me if I would at least stay the night, if he gave me another room , and he would refund all my money the following morning. He did put me in a different room that was somewhat better for the night. Naturally he wasn’t on shift the following morning so I informed the lady at the desk , because no manager was to be found ,about the conversation I had with the night guy and she assured me that the manager would take care of the refund when she came in. 2 1/2 weeks later and no refund and miraculously the manager is always in a meeting and never has returned my calls.

Check in started with a man tracking blood on his shoes through the lobby. Scary. Then checked in to the room which was very rundown to notice the fire alarm didn’t have batteries and kept beeping all night. I called the front desk to have the batteries replaced and they said nobody was able to come do that. Suggested unplugging the fire alarm. Excited to get out the next morning.

The place was nice and clean. Staff were nice at checkin. Only sort of con was that it was SO big and it took me Forever to get to my room from the parking lot. Def not for someone who may have issues walking or breathing.

Bath tub wasn't that clean, glad I had my own cleaning supplies. Because my room was at the end of the hallway, near the door to go outside into the parking lot, the closet was filled with mosquitoes. The coffee maker wasn't clean, so I had to flush it out several times just so I could have hot water for my tea. But the bed was comfortable and clean, and also the area which the bed was in. I was also asked to pay an additional $100 dollars for any damage that may occur, which was crazy because I am a 50 year old woman and it was just me in the room. So I took pictures because that seemed suspect to me.

It looks very formal and business casual. Was nice but just not what I was expecting at all. Especially with the bath tub not having a bottom faucet for the water to come out. Didn’t feel homey at all. Also is very easy to get lost inside of the building. I wasn’t able to enjoy the breakfast included due to not having any idea where it was located.

This is such a hidden gem. The bed was 10x more comfortable than the Hampton Inn I stayed at a couple days prior. I was beyond happy & content. The breakfast was phenomenal. Love this place and won’t stay anywhere else when in that area!!

This was by far the best breakfast ever that was included in the price! Staff was very attentive to our needs and made sure needs were met! I will definitely be visiting this place again!

I had no hot water for a shower. It was freezing cold. I had to wash quick and jump out because I was shivering.

3-star hotel? Maybe nearer to 2.5. Towel bar in room dangling,bathroom tissue holder the same. My daughter felt her 11 year old daughter could have at least as good a job at tiling the bathroom floor. Couldn't believe that ,when I ended up having 4 folks in the room that they had either 1 king bed or 2 double beds...no rooms with 2 queens. Plugins on lamps could not hold a plug good enough to work.

The costumer service was terrible especially the lady call Hiana at the front desk. I might not get her name right but she was terribly rude and unprofessional. She and her co workers made laughers of me and my wife which saddened me. This is the most terrible and horrible costumers service experience ever in my life. Can recommend such place to my worse enemy.

We had 4 adults in room. Only gave us 2 towels. No trash can in bathroom. Walls were dirty and needed paint.

We were just passing through, the hotel was sketchy. Their elevators creek snap and crackle and it’s terrifying.
A couple was arguing in a room directly below us. We could hear them and that was also terrifying. The guy was throwing stuff around and wouldn’t let the woman leave the room. We called front desk and they never checked on it like they said they would.
Our car was a little dusty and when we went out to get something someone’s initials were on it in the dust.
There was also no swan on the bed like the pictures portrayed.
Nonetheless, we basically got no sleep because we did not feel safe and it was too late to get another hotel.

This place is average. No coffee early in the morning. Restaurant opens at 7. Balconies are strangely small. Only one chair in the room. Clean enough and various aspects have been renovated but not everything. It’s well priced. It’s out in the boonies so the area around the hotel is quite safe.

The staff was more than helpful when we came to then with our problem of no longer having a room from another hotel down the street. It was so clean and the property was so peaceful. The pool was unfortunately down while we were there, but they did what they could do get it goin. Great place and service l. Way better than the "competitors" down the road

The halls/rooms reek of marijuana. They make you pay a $100 deposit and threaten you with a $250 fee if you smoke in the room, but the rooms already smell bad!

Great room, clean and spacious. Tub wouldn’t drain. Housekeeping Mgr. was very helpful and nice. We had a 100 lb dog next door that barked at my service dog for 5 hours straight.

I have stayed here twice before. It is an older hotel that is going through renovations. The staff and the food are the best and practically anything you need is in walking distance.

I was greeted with a ROACH on the bathroom floor that was upside down, yet ALIVE!

The property was old and dirty. Shower knob completely came off when I turned the water on to shower. First room smelt just like cigarettes so I asked to move. I will say the front desk and the security guard were super nice that’s the only positive with this say.

The room didn’t match the pictures on the website. The tube had a ring around it and the sheets had spots, which make me thing they weren’t changed from the previous guest. The housekeeping took the towels for a 4 person room, and they only replaced them with one set of towels.
