Good hotel in a great location. Very easy parking. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Nice room with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Numerous good restaurants within walking distance and easy access to freeway.

I thought the room was very nice, neat and clean. The issue was that it was on the backside of the hotel, facing the highway, Route 60. My husband didn't get any sleep the one night we were there. We tried to change to a room on the inside of the hotel. Staff couldn't do it immediately until the late afternoon. My husband booked another hotel.

Staff was friendly and willing to assist, but they need more attention to detail when cleaning. The toilet had evidence in and on it that it hadn't been cleaned. Free breakfast wasn't the greatest either.

We have stayed her multiple times. Usually twice a year. This visit was just mediocre all around. The room looked clean but had a used feel to it. Not fresh. The bed was uncomfortable. The pillow top has no support like it's been used too much. The middle of the bed is more supportive but it's not accessible if your sharing the bed. We had trouble with our room keys getting in from the side or rear doors. Kept getting demagnetized. Went to the front desk four times to get help. Inconvenient when locked out on the back side of the building and have to walk all the way around. Shower/tub could use a bleaching. Price and location are a plus. Felt like standards are lower for the property.

The hotel was located in clean area, it was clean and met my expectations.

I wanted to use the tub but it was old and probably stained vs dirty, but there was also hair in it. I was bummed, but the rest of the room was really clean and comfy.
The tub is probably just old and scratched & discolored but it grossed me out too much for a bubble bath. A shower was just fine.

We came down for a wedding ...staff was friendly but they had 2 very small fullbedsin the rooms the bath tub had stains all in it and the breakfast was ok ...it served our purpose but wouldnt want to stay there again

Needed a handicap room, it’s hard to tell on line what you are getting, when we arrived found out it wasn’t handicap but the staff was very helpful and all worked out, want to give them a big thanks, wish there was a way to find out ahead of time if you’re getting a handicap room, my mom is in a wheelchair luckily the staff was very helpful

We were given a room at 3 am that was already occupied. It was embarrassing. Next we got another room and the sheets were dirty and stained. The room did not smell good. The beds were older and too soft. The breakfast was good and the desk clerk was nice.

for the price I paid was very dissatisfied of appearance of room. the bathroom could use some upkeep. the ceilings were rippling. the breakfast was kind of blah.

1 The rail in the hot tub needs to be fixed. 2 Maids should come every day, not “on request the night before.” 3 it’s noisy right by the highway.

A/C - Heater stayed on cold unless it was unplugged. Room trash cans never emptied except by us. Had to ask for extra towels. Breakfast had sausage one morning and none the next. Door knob on room did not work correctly so it was hard to open the door. Staff was nice though and check in and out was fast.

One of our rooms smelled like someone urinated just inside the door. In the other, a thick layer of latex paint came up off the shower floor between our toes (no kidding!) while we were showering.

We were in Mesa for a friends birthday. La Quinta was clean and the staff was friendly. I do wish that there were more hot food options for breakfast. The food we had was fresh and basic options. The hotel was located about 10 minutes from my friend’s house and it was easy to get in and out of our hotel.

My room faced the freeway, and it was SO loud!! Their single-paned windows did nothing to filter out the noise!!

Young male staff member at this property is terrible. He doesn’t know how to talk to guests. Very rude. The pool gave us an itch. Rooms are worn out and bathroom not clean, leaky taps etc. suite doors are side by side so you’ll hear the neighbours slam their door. Breakfast is exactly the same daily. This property was not worth the money we paid to stay there. I will never stay here again.

Location is great as there is various food and grocery options near the hotel. Night staff was extremely rude. Walked in and headed straight to the elevator and the lady at the front desk came from the back and in an extremely loud tone comes out and says “SHHHH you need to shut up!” We were not being loud and that was completely unnecessary. The girl that was there during the day was very helpful.
