It was fair. We didn't need the room for anything but sleeping though so fair is all we needed.

The gust services were good however I didn’t like the smell when I first got there in the lobby. And overall it was pretty good. I wish there was more of variety in breakfast and I also wish there were more rooms available with double beds.

My stay was good,I enjoyed the hotel,the only issue I have is being charged 90.78 the day after I checked out and nobody knows why.

As usual with a hotel like this, you try to shower in standing water up to your ankles. HVAC unit was so noisy it had to be turned off to sleep. I will never stay there nor will I stay at Extended Stay America ever again.

A bug was in the shower, shower took forever to get warm, smelled awful, could hear people in other rooms yelling, we have no plans on visiting this hotel again! Gross

I liked the kitchenette, staff are friendly. I didn’t like the people who smoked in front of building.

Went to check in and there was a line of people in front of us as the computer system was down. Lobby also a distinct cat urine smell to it. We ended up leaving as it was unclear if we would actually be able to check in.

Had stayed here some years before, but this time it seemed worn down and now a bit over priced for its current condition. Breakfast is spartan, so an overnighter who is a bigger eater may wish for more/better. (Extended Stay guests will, of course, be able to supply their own meals to their liking.) On the plus side, the location is very convenient and the area is quiet.

We did NOT end up staying there due to it being infested with cockroaches. I would like a refund please asap.

Lovely/helpful staff, room was very clean, bed was comfortable but everything needed repair (elevator sluggish, fans/air made odd noises, rusty appliances, grout needed to be repaired, heard everything from other rooms, and roach in bathroom)

I initially booked through expedia, somehow the day I booked for had changed to a later date a month later. I had to change the date and John at the front desk was very patient with this issue. He took great care of getting my booking corrected and expedited for the day of. John is a great guy! I appreciate his help IMMENSELY!

The room had some sort or mold or stain in the bathroom. The room had a bad smell. Front desk people were either hiding or not working. I watched them give away someone’s room because a guest decided to stay an extra night.

My family booked 3 rooms for a 4 night stay. The hair dryer in the room caught fire in my hand. There were two drawers missing from my dresser. There was an obvious smell of cigarettes throughout the building. The staff was WONDERFUL but I do not feel like the hotel was up to par.

This was a very horrible experience as we had to change rooms due to no hot water, dirty room (waterbugs) and overall rough shape of the hotel itself. I don not plan on using expedia ever again for hotels as this was not a pleasant experience and feel we were misled. Horrible hotel and very surprised as this was not what was experienced previously!!!

I stayed for a month, the first 3 weeks were great. The last couple days were horrible! A new girl at the front desk was so rude, I left and went somewhere else! Disgusting additude! I believe her name was jillisa. She obviously was not taught anything about hospitality. I worked for Marriott for 15 years. This hotel needs some adjustments at the front desk.

Pros: In a quiet, relatively safe area off of Route 73 South, there all 3 or 4 other hotels on the street, there are washer and dryers, it's was around 100 everything else was more
Cons: Only one light fixture in my room worked. This hotel is old and dated. I also smelled pot on the 1st floor. I wonder if people live full-time here

Staff was unhelpful and misleading, telling several versions of why early checkin was unavailable. Had me waiting over an hour to meet with someone who never showed up. Worst experience with a hotel staff ever.

It was terrible we had to go buy bed sheets because they were all dirty. We put the garbage by the front door and we were told we had to take it down. In one of the Three rooms we rented the bathtub was clogged i called for service and was told i had to unclog it myself. Service was horrible and this was what we paid for.

When I made the reservation it ask if I had any special requests. We ask for early check in - 2 pm . We arrived at 2:40 pm to find out that we couldn’t check in 20 mins early instead was told couldnt check in for 30 mins
They didnt seem to care that I was inconvenienced ! Thats ok wouldnt ever stay at this place again ! Another coiple also y unhappy about being told they couldn’t check in early !

I checked in and once I got into my room and took a look around, I immediately went back to the front lobby and checked out. This place was so dirty, I had to leave immediately. I was very discreet about my complaint, so the front desk lady was very appreciative and told me since I was dissatisfied, she would issue a refund. But, it’s been a week since and I have not received a refund.
Either way, I would never stay an this hotel chain again.

A/C didn’t work as it should, room had to be wiped down because surfaces looked to have not been cleaned. Several people that was with us had no toilet paper and when we went to the front desk to get more or get towels, the workers had attitude like we were bugging them. Very old hotel with outdated everything and hotel smelled like marijuana for the whole two days we were there.

Comfortable and near to everything. Felt safe and secure. Quiet and tranquil. All service personnel very nice and accommodating.
