The hotel itself was pretty standard yet it still felt out of date. The 1st room I had aside from the television set was very out dated and had yet to be remodeled. I noticed on the top of the bed there were a few dead bugs (including spider) and the smoke alarm hovering over the bed looked like it was about to fall off. I immediately requested to change rooms and the front desk attendant was accommodating. The 2nd room was a bit more updated (updated tv and a/c). However for the price I did expect a bit more.

When we got there the room had a nasty smell we killed 3 roaches in one night we had to leave a night earlier it was all really dusty and dirty behind the desk there was a plate of food and a tampon the bed was really itchy we had 2 night and we only stayed one they didn’t want to give our money back the smoke from the cigarettes and the weed smell was very disgusting also the breakfast was only waffles, yogurt, cereal, and a juice machine that wasn’t even in the breakfast room.

So apparently now they are charging a one hundred dollar deposit when you arrive on the property. This would have been good information to know ahead of time. I definitely would have never stayed here Had I known that information in advance

It was nice, room and service good, we just had an inconvenience with an employee but the manager took care really fast. The rest of the stay was good and pleasant.

Room was old and smelled like mold, tiny ants all over, and tile coming up in the bathroom.
Front desk staff was the highlight, they were great. And we had an abundance of clean towels

The woman who did the breakfast was very nice. Her name was something like "Bwana". She did not speak English, but we were able to communicate. She was very helpful with the food & was so pleasant. She went out of her way the 2nd morning to check on us.

Parking lot was very dirty with garbage scattered over the lot (empty beer cans, McDonalds bag with garbage, etc). Breakfast was limited selections and was divided up on both sides of the lobby. Elevator was very dirty. The first room we check into had blood stains (4 inch area) on the side of the box springs so we were able to move rooms. Staff were nice and the lobby always smelled clean. Definitely needs more breakfast options (no bread for toast, no muffins, no bagels, etc). Computer chair in the room was filthy and stained. Trash was thrown on part of the roof.

The stay was adequate. I was not expecting the $100 hold on my card for incidentals which they did not disclose on the website. The carpets in the room could’ve been cleaner and the breakfast was very limited. All they had we sausage croissant sandwiches which were pork and a few other items. As someone who doesn’t eat pork it was very disappointing. For the price I paid for a 2 star hotel I was expecting a little more breakfast options at least.

They charged me a hundred dollars too much. I was supposed to pay only $129 with $100 deposit but was charged 2 deposits for a total of $329. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

the check in process was disturbing a frankly pissed me off! We came in the lobby about 5-6pm w noone at the desk - waited, waited, & WAITED until finally the lady comes out of the bathroom only to start complaining she had no help. Anyways... looked up my reservation, was told then I had to provide a credit card for a $100 hold - ( which I explained I wasnt aware of this prior to making the reservation) so all she states is she will just cancel my reservation! UMMM NO! Do not cancel my room, I am staying from out of state and I was just not aware I needed to have such made available upon checking in since my room was already paid for through Expedia -
she said it once again, as I was getting my husband's card she was already typing - unreal!!!

There were baby roaches on the night stand and the desk area. There were dried up boogers on the bathroom door. The hallway floors were dirty

While we liked the hotel, our room smelled terrible like mold. Both my husband and kid have asthma and they have been affected by it even now two days after.

The handicap room had fully accessible bathroom and shower. Free Breakfast consisted of juices, cold cereal, cereal-fruit bars, coffee hot water several types of oatmeal packets and fresh waffles as well as Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches.

My 4th time staying here. I chose here because it is close to USF and I’m familiar with the hotel. I enjoyed my other stays so I decided to stay here again. This by far has been the worse. Checking in and out was OK. Breakfast was DIY, waffles, some type of granola fruit bar yogurt, juice, coffee, or tea. Room was clean, but bed was hard and the water never got hot only stayed warm. There were people standing in the stairway all the time. Someone poured red juice, on my gray rental car.
