Worst experience ever! Someone else checked in with our booking which was charged on my card. After a lot of inconvenient back and forth between hotel staff and hotels.com they agreed to give us a room after an hour.. On getting to the room, it had a bad musty odor, horrible bathroom, and lights that would not switch on. But the cherry on top was witnessing a SWAT team walking in armed with assault rifles on the floor we were staying and we could not get to our room for an hour till the area was cleared by the cops. ABSOLUTELY NIGHTMARISH EXPERIENCE, NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

Never Again!! This place was awful…the reviews must be from employees because NO. The smell was soooo overpowering and it’s basic and cheap looking. They have “hourly” guests. Yuck. Didn’t even stay the night.

Checked out as soon as checking in. Everything was old, table was broken. Didn’t feel clean at all.

We needed a hotel close to the Bay Area hospital due to my son having a medical procedure. Room very nice & clean. Staff very friendly. Only complaint at no fault of hotel was people stomping around upstairs forr 2-3 hours, early in the morning.

The staff was nice but when I reserved, I read everything and it said breakfast and it said that our room was going to have two beds and a sofa bed but when we got there literally the smell of the whole hotel smelt a lot like Clorox and we only had two beds. We didn’t even have a couch And they tried to change his room but the other room the flooring was kind of bad so we just stayed on the previous one and the girl was nice and she gave us another small little bed but you could feel the springs on it so my little six-year-old slept on that bed because we would’ve felt it and anyways yeah there was no breakfast at all so they should change that

I booked this hotel for my son and his family. He is active military and was traveling across country for new orders to Guam. The room needed new carpet and apparently exterminating. On day two they found newly hatched roaches everywhere, including their bed. When my son asked for new room, they were told there weren't any available. I will say the staff I met were courteous and we were issued a refund since my son had to find a different hotel. If all the rooms are comparable to his, the place needs to be completely remodeled, if not demolished.

We came to visit family for the holidays. So we were tired after our drive in and just wanted to get to bed right away. I just have to say that we were greeted by such a wonderful lady with the biggest smile!! The check-in was so easy and quick!
The room was PERFECT for our size family. It was clean and the beds were VERY comfortable. I slept so good and was ready to visit family the next day!!! My grandsons slept on the sofa bed and both said it was comfortable as well.
In the morning, my grandson and I went down for breakfast. On the way out the door, a man was vacuuming and said “Merry Christmas!”. A different sweet lady greeted us “Good Morning”, and then told us what was available for breakfast. I got an oatmeal with coffee and my grandson got a chocolate muffin with a hot chocolate.
Everyone was so sweet and cheery that whenever we come back to visit family in Corpus, we will definitely be staying here again.

The first room stunk like body odor terribly...and it seemed dirty-there was dried food on the handle to open the fridge...then i moved rooms and that room smelled like rodents or dogs and like a dog had peed in there. The hotel is very dated. It wasn't worth my $85/nt. The staff was really pleasant.

“Continental Breakfast” was off brand granola bars and packets of oatmeal.

Front desk never staffed - placed in dirty room - couch had a literal hole in it

The woman at the front desk was so helpful. It was a very late/early check in and she got us in fast without a problem.

I liked the option of being able to bring your own groceries, and they would supply you with the pots and pans if need be.
The only thing I did not like was that there was not an ice machine. But they did give ice trays in the refrigerator so you can fill and make ice.

It’s not as nice as the photos show in the listing. It definitely looks more rundown in person. The sign for the place is hard to see from the road! Fairly close to many shops and restaurants. Close to main roads. It’s not the most awful place to stay, but don’t expect greatness. Also, the room doors slam shut, so I’d hear my neighbors coming and going all the time because their door would slam every time. The continental breakfast is also very lacking. They only had coffee, instant oatmeal, small muffins and granola bars.

I was very upset because the room rate of 125 per night I thought I was to pay on hotels.com turned out to be 149 per night due to added and high taxes and lodging fees as well as a 75 property FEE...WHAT THE HECK???!!!
I also had to pay a 10 fee for clean and dry towels on the 3rd day as I was told "we only change linens weekly as we are extended stay". and a 10 cleaning fee four housekeeping to come in and change the linens. There was NO CLEANING done!! Carpet not vacuumed and heavily soiled. could not go barefoot in my room,as it turned my feet black.
So I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
FYI: the other set of grandparents stayed in room 208 for 4 nights. Their bill was $509 or $127 a night.
My bill for 5 nights was $745. or $149 per night. plus the 20- fee for towels and "cleaning".

When we checked into the room, there was no bedding on the bed. The sofa sleeper was broken, the omroom was hot and smelled musty

I really loved the location. I was visiting from out of state for family member in hospital. Stores and hospital within walking distance. Celiac so have to cook own food so kitchen a huge plus. Only issue was a stove that had broken knobs. Unable to know when knob in off or on position. Took an hour to turn off. Good thing i didnt leave until sure it was off. Other than that it was the perfect stay and the cost was within my limited means. Thank you for a great stay. If i need to return to corpus christi i will be staying there again. I will also recommend to family and friends.

I always love coming here. I must say for the price which is relatively low compared to many other high-end class hotels, this one has it all very nice breakfast absolutely clean rooms clean restrooms clean dining area everything is always neat and clean and smells I have stayed here many times and I am never disappointed housekeeping staff is always friendly and always greeting me front desk staff is always very friendly as well and very professional. I give this a five-star rating anytime I love this hotel

Despite booking a reservation over a week prior arrived to be told there were no rooms available. They made no attempt to contact ahead of time to inform me to allow alternate arrangements to be made. They stated it is due to current residents being allowed to extend there stay and there was nothing they could do. No attempt to help at all for a 3 night stay

Breakfast was promised and not delivered. Room floors were very dirty and blackened the soles of my slippers. I killed a roach very shortly after checking in. Parking was fine. My knit cap disappeared during my stay.

We were greeted by a few unwanted guests (roaches) as soon as we walked into the room. We bought some spray and kept it on hand whenever we saw one afterwards but what we didn’t account for was bed bugs… my daughter and wife were visited the first night, for some reason I was lucky then the second night they gators me up. I will say thanks for one thing my wife was the one who picked it to save a lil money over the suites I usually pick and I’ll never have to worry about it again cause she’ll gladly pick the same places I typically do to avoid these type of unwanted pests.
