This is my honest review. I was literally scared/nervous when I booked due to the reviews. But I honestly had a clean room and bathroom. I even bought my own sheets and covers but I didn’t necessarily need them. The hotel was pretty good. I don’t know if everyone else reviews is BS because they don’t get their way. But mines was fine. I came at 12/1 but I couldn’t check in till 3 which was fine. Now what I would say is the lady that I spoke to coming in at 12/1 was not very friendly and did not speak. However the older shorter lady who exactly checked me in at 3:01pm and the manager were extremely nice.
I don’t come to start problems at people’s jobs. So I didn’t allow her attitude to cause me to react but she needs to work on her customer service. Especially when someone is actually greeting you in the politest way.

The room smelled. The rug was dirty and moist to walk on. I had socks on and my socks got wet. I actually did mot stay the night, only a few hours and left! Could not handle to rooms smell. When I went to the front desk to advise no one was there I waited and gave up waiting. Very friendly at check in, no complaints there. Just can tell the hotel is dated.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The receptionists were all very kind. Our room was large and comfortable. It was quiet at night so no problems getting to sleep. The internet was great. Overall it was a great experience. Would stay there again.

Was a little worried because of the price and how dated it seemed but was overall very impressed. Just needed a cheap place to lay our heads for the night. It was clean and comfy. Lobby is the GORGEOUS and blingy (my kinda style). Little further from Disney (about 20 mins) but easy drive. Great place for little kids, tons for them to do, inside and outside. Plenty of food options near by.

It was horrible. There was hair in my sink mold in the tub.. there was also piece of the closet frame broken from the floor and sticking up which was a safety hazard.. beds where hard. My room windows curtains did closes I had to hold them

Hotel looks nice from the outside and rooms looked decent at first glance but you can definitely tell its age. Wasn’t made aware that the pool was closed until I checked in which was a bummer since I had my daughter with me. The “grab and go” breakfast was severely lacking. We went to get breakfast around 8:30 and all there was was blueberry muffins, 2 packets of oatmeal, tea packets and coffee. The room was a nice size but there was no coffee maker…just a sign saying that if we needed any kitchenware, we needed to contact the front desk. We found someone else’s sock under the sofa bed. When I pulled out the sofa bed, the mattress was absolutely disgusting! Glad it was only 2 of us so we just shared the king bed. The location was great as far as getting to Disney but there’s plenty of other hotels nearby that I’d probably pick over this one.

The room is spacious. The linens are clean. And, the AC works as it is supposed to, keeping the room cool.
The staff are friendly and responsive. And, the location is very convenient, close to many attractions and restaurants.

My stay was horrible, so horrible I did not use the shower because there was serious mildew in the floor of the tub, and the tub is peeling. I did not want to put my feet in that tub to shower. When I arrived, there were 5 co cars or Sherrifs at this property which kind of helped me feel safe but I questioned it. I spent over twenty years in the hotel business 12 1/2 at The Walt Disney World Co in various resorts in Rooms & r
Related, and 10 in leadership and this property on Palm Parkway is pretty awful. I expect at least half my rate to be compensated back to me. ty

This hotel is super out dated and needs TLC! The front desk attendant wasn’t very welcoming either. Honestly not a good option to stay here.

Please do not stay at this hotel! If I could I would give it 0 stars. It’s very dirty and old. The rooms smell like cigarettes even though “it’s a no smoking hotel”. our room was so dusty like no one had ever cleaned it. the bed made alot of noise and was very uncomfortable. I’m sure they have bed bugs because next morning the kids had rashes all over. They say “breakfast included” but it’s just an expired muffin and coffee. Oh and the bathroom eww, let’s just say this hotel has a lot of bad things to offer… ps they did say “hopefully we get to remodel it soon”

Felt unsafe because of other guest, even had them knocking on our door. Room key has lots of trouble, when we went to speak on it they reset the key after only asking what the room number was. No confirmation on our names or proof that it was our room. That made us feel more unsafe. Breakfast was a big let down. Doesn’t offer lotion and only tiny shampoo. Have to ask the front desk for anything that you would need in the kitchen, very inconvenient.

Front desk is nice staff, every single surface in the room is sticky as if wiped down with a rag dipped in soda. Room has a thick pungent smell that is hard to describe, possibly a mixture of cleaning chemicals. Left windows open all day and it did nothing to free my nostrils from the full blown force of the stench that hits like a a prime Mike Tyson.

Booking says it comes with breakfast. Breakfast consists of granola bars and packaged muffins. The internet didn’t work, the hot tub was not working, and the air unit was not working in our room. Location was great, room was clean.

They cancelled my reservation with no warning. I showed up and they told me they cancelled it and had no rooms available. I believe they charged me my deposit and will be challenging it with my credit card company.

There was very little we enjoyed about our stay. Check in was easy and quick, although I felt terrible for the one person they had on staff. When we got to our room, we were hit with a horrific smell. It was cigarettes, it was more of a moldy smell. And it was overwhelming. We left quickly and tried to stay out as much as possible. When we returned later, it took a while to get the bedding for the pull out couch, and when we pulled it out, there was a massive, disgusting stain on the mattress. There were no extra pillows for my daughters to use on the pull out. We were there to sleep and left as quickly as we could. The breakfast was small muffins and granola bars. Everything about this hotel was disappointing. You get what you pay for and we will definitely spend a little more to make sure we never stay at this location again.

This place is in need of an update and thorough cleaning. We found a dead bug under our mattress and there was mold growing in the caulking in the bathroom. Breakfast was grab and go pre-wrapped muffins instant oatmeal and coffee.

Please don’t go by the reviews. Because the our hotel room was clean. There was no smell, the staff at check (Ruth) was very nice, the hotel was clean and close to plenty of shopping. Disney is literally a block away. I would stay there again.

Room smelled awful, changed to another room with less odor but hanging smoke alarm, rocking toilet and part of the faucet coming off. Found out the next day no one was supposed to be put in that room. The general manager did refund our payment but we changed hotels.

The lady who checked us in was kind and friendly. I asked for coffee and a coffee maker and she provided one promptly and with a smile. There were plenty of dining options near by. The only bad thing was the breakfast that was provided. Coffee with non dairy sweet creamer, sweet instant oatmeal and sweet breakfast bars. Diabetics beware. I would stay here again.
