Very clean and friendly Rep. Its close yo many eatries and have a nice outdoor seating area.

My stay was absolutely amazing. My room could have been a bit cleaner. And I say this only because there were some things noticed in the bathroom and behind the bed. But other than that it was amazing. The staff is helpful and friendly. The outside too is well kept and clean. Love that the surrounding area offers many restaurants and shopping as well.

The staff was superb here! They had veteran parking upfront (kudos!) and the lobby was modern looking. The downside was the condition of the room. We stayed on 3rd floor and there were several marks and holes on the walls, mold under the sink top in the sink and the tub area had loose tile and caulk.

Check-in clerk avoided eye contact as she continued to talk on the phone on a personal call and left me standing there for quite a while. Breakfast was so-so with hot items not hot and not much left when I went up. To be fair, there was family of locusts there gobbling everything in sight. Wish there had been bagels. Room was VERY comfortable, especially beds, and very clean. Loved that 3 restaurants were right there on property that you could reach without leaving parking lot.

check-in staff was professional, polite, friendly. Breakfast was cold eggs, warm sausage, instant coffee from a machine. Room was clean, neat, well maintained, everything worked ie. plugs, tv, lights . Very nice stay

Very convenient to the major highway and many restaurants. Property itself is being worked on. It appears to have been a different hotel that LaQuinta bought and is renovating. It is not up to the usual LaQuinta standards. Disappointing.

Some external renovations underway at the entrance. This did not interfere with our comings and goings. Very convenient to local restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. We’d stay here again.

It wasn’t the best hotel i been In for the price I paid, it was dirty, reading the reviews are false advertisement for me! The walls had food stains, boogers, coffee spots on the bed sheets, the bed felt like we were sleeping on wet towels all night! Needs a very thorough deep sanitizing. The staff was very very friendly.

This hotel is a great price. Its close to shopping, food, gas and activities. The staff is friendly and professional. The hotel needs a little work on some things but other than that everything was great.

Front desk guy was very friendly and very informative. Hotel grounds look very nice. The room we stayed in was comfortable but could use some fresh paint on doors and tighten up toilet seat.

The only problem we had with the room was it was not very clean. Bathroom was dirty along with room floor. Told staff and they came and redid the room and it was good from that point until we left. They were very good about fixing the problem.

Enjoyed our stay, we come to La grange every year for cheer camp and this will be the hotel we stay in. Room was clean!

The elevator smelled like weed. The carpet and bathrooms needs to be clean. The facilities judt looked dirty.

The Front Desk associates were very friendly and the check in experience was great. Our room was not so great. Upon entering it, it was moldy smelling, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed we’ve ever slept in and the shower was wheelchair accessible, which is ok, however,the shower head was nasty, water covered the entire floor when using it and the floors were not very clean either. The hallway carpet didn’t looked vacuumed at any time of the day we went in and out. The breakfast was really good though. We could see there wasn’t enough employees so this may have contributed to the dirtiness of the hotel in general

Carla at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. She really made us feel welcome. Rooms were clean.

The room was absolutely filthy (black hairs stuck on shower walls - obviously not cleaned daily) and the room smelled very bad - like some type of cover up odor. The hallway carpet smelled very sour, was old and needed to be changed. I expect more than this from LaQuinta - disappointed. It made me feel 'dirty' the whole time which was NOT enjoyable and very uncomfortable. I would NOT recommend this property.
