Good things included a comfortable bed, great lighting and plenty of outlets where needed. The morning desk staff was friendly and helpful.
Bad thing was the coffee machine was broken so you couldn't grab a fast cup after driving on the way to your room and no coffee at breakfast makes for unhappy guests! The woman working the desk did her best, offering to make guests a cup from one of the room coffee makers she had behind the desk. If this is a frequent issue have a backup 12 cup Mr. Coffee or at least one of the room coffee makers out with a pitcher of water and basket of coffee packs. Making coffee kept the desk manager from being able to keep the sausage, fruit and pastries stocked too.
Two small complaints were there was only one hanger in the wardrobe and there was no channel list with the remote
They advertise as a no frills hotel so we got what we expected except for the coffee issue. We would still stay here again as it was conveniently located.

The parking lot was not cleaned and no salt was dropped. It was iced over.

This is an older building but the staff has done an excellent job at keeping it going. The place is clean, quiet. They go out of their way to help you. Friendly and always a smile and greeting. We only stay a night and only once a year but this is the second time we have stayed here and are looking forward to more.

This is not a place I’d recommend for anything longer than 24 hours, and even that is a stretch. We travel with our service animal and this was the first time I was ordered to email the hotel our documents regarding verification of service animal after showing our identification.
The room was clean enough. The bed was lumpy and room was ice cold upon arrival, it finally warmed up 6 hours after being in room. The window unit control was loud, but at 3 am it went to a super sonic clunking loud and kept us awake for the remainder of our stay.
Shower was clean, bathroom vents clean, but no one had swept the floorboards in bathroom in quite a while.
We told management about our stay and they did nothing to accommodate.
Breakfast was barely existent and looked worse than a can of dog food. Needless to say, we didn’t have any.
I don’t think we’ll choose this location again

I stayed 3 nights, nice property but they didn’t do the room after the first night. I came back late the second day and had to go back to reception to get fresh towels and shampoo
Otherwise the staff was courteous and helpful
I didn’t have to ask for have the room done in other properties

Grab bar pulled out and patched, no safety grab near shower or mat. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

Hotel was dated and bathroom was not very clean. The toilet obviously had not been cleaned before we got there. Just skuzzy in general. The bed was comfy, but I hope it was clean.

Excellent employees, friendly, easy to change reservations, helpful with shuttle (Zach's Shuttle Service is AWESOME) to Ruoff.

Property was poorly maintained and the room was musty and dirty. There was some mystery “goo” in one of the drawers, the lamp shades were dirty, and the curtains stank. Visible mold in AC unit.
Location was near our venue, shopping and food. Probably wouldn’t stay again and just spend a bit more to stay somewhere else.

the room was nice and we did like it but my boyfriend sat in one of the chairs and got 3 huge big bites on him. no idea what from. still have not gone away and one of them is very bruised. when we arrived we also got asked if we would switch our king bed to two single beds. which we politely declined because we paid for a king sized bed. other than that was a decent experience. the breakfast provided was good.

Only two stories, but you still need an elevator. Climbing stairs for the elderly is hard even only one flight.
Hallway carpeting was filthy and worn out. Side entrance door was broken and unlocked.
Breakfast was 5 out of ten.
But room was very clean and comfortable, and I guess that’s the important part.

The positives - the free breakfast, clean sheets & pillows, and parking. We were in town for a concert and there was a shuttle that picked up at the hotel.
The negative - the shower and tub were absolutely disgusting. It had clearly not been cleaned in quite some time. Soap scum, stains, and a couple of moldy spots. Also, the grout from the floor stained the towels.
Despite having an air conditioner, the room was humid too. Not the best experience and will probably look elsewhere next time I'm in town. Especially since the price was DOUBLED for a concert weekend.

The location was within a short drive from Ruoff. Overall fine for a couple nights stay. Breakfast was offered really early (6a-9a).

The gentleman who worked the breakfast area each morning did a great job. Also the manager on duty at check out on 7/16 was very helpful

This property was very deteriorated and in need of safety features. I asked to move rooms due to our deadbolt being unscrewed from the wall. Our new room, the deadbolt was broke in two. The lamp shades in our room were ripped and torn. The chairs in the lobby were visibly dirty and it looked like someone had sat I them for years. The cushions all sunk in the middle, as did our beds. The front desk employees were very kind and tried to help us but it was clear this was out of their control.

Although the service was nice and friendly, I had concerns from the moment we pulled up. The entire building had cracks in the brick and the windows were dirty. There were questionable individuals that appeared to be partying in the parking lot on who knows what substances. Although close to downtown Noblesville and shopping, without a couple cars in the parking lot I thought it was closed. The room we were in had newer carpet and furniture. We did not eat breakfast. It was hard to tell who was staff but a man in non uniform took a dirty screen from a window and dunked it in the pool to clean it off. I paid way too much money for this property.

We stayed in room 125. It is a king suite with a jacuzzi tub in the room. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable.
The outside of the building was not well maintained, the hall carpet was very old and dirty, and the hotel was about 15 minutes away from Hamilton Town Center where all the restaurants and shopping were. The pool was closed for maintenance.
The main issue was the walls are very thin, the room is at the end of a hallway with an outside exit door next to it and a maintenance room across from it. Who knows why….but BOTH doors were being accessed literally all night long. We had very little sleep because of it. This was our one night away for our 15th anniversary. We have six kids and we were so looking forward to a long restful night and sleeping in but instead slept very little. We were overall disappointed in this facility.

Staff was friendly, moved me rooms when I asked, but all the rooms have the same horrible overwhelming chemical cleaner and it made me sick. I could barely sleep and I felt awful in the morning.

Old facility with no sound barriers between walls of rooms. I was disturbed by loud-mouth neighbor raising the level of his voice where his irritating voice was easily projected through the walls. Mgmnt did nothing for me. Poor management skills as after 9 PM, the loud mouths should be silenced as a matter of courtesy to others.

The outside was run down, old. Parking lot had huge pot holes and broken asphalt. Rooms outdated and not “clean” looking because furniture and beds were old. Couldn’t watch tv without paying to watch.

This hotel will do if you're only staying for a night or two. It was clean, the owners were friendly, and it's close to stores and restaurants. However, my first impression was "Oh no! We're not staying here!" The parking lot desperately needs repair and there were questionable-looking people hanging out in front of the place. I only checked in to make sure my family and I had a place to stay because all the other hotels in the area were booked. But because the room was clean, we stayed.

This place is pretty well maintained.. Our door has a glitch but for the most part we still can lock it... Ether then that it is okay... If the upkeep and maintenance was a little better. That would be awesome... But all and all it's a good place for the price...
