The service is awesome very kind people Simple no frills not a 5 star hotel but is made up for by the friendly staff non intrusive nature of the place. If you just want a place to crash for the night and not pay an exorbitant amount of money this is a good choice

The beds were broken. Breakfast was Not as advertised, it was really only a bagel and juice or coffee. There was Not a gym, which was advertised. They did not plow the driveway or shovel walkways even the next morning after it had snowed. Overall, it was ok, but not worth the money.

We always have an amazing stay here. We travel through Reno to visit family 2-3 times per year and the AB is always our go to. They are super pet friendly and so accommodating. The desk staff always goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. A few years ago a winter snow storm came through and stranded a bunch of us in town. They went above and beyond to accommodate us until the roads opened and we come travel home.

The the hotel reeks, there was blood in the shower/tub. Absolutely disgusting do not recommend

The area itself was not to bad but the smell of cigarettes was pretty harsh. It was a ok stay, but will probaly avoid it next time.

The property was littered. Luggage inside is dark and dingy. Room smelled of smoke and sewage. Cramped. There was water in the refrigerator, broken lamp shades, no extra toilet paper. Non smoking room smelled of smoke. Had to leave due to smoke smell, people smoking in non smoking area. Tried to resolve issue with staff and manager. Was told they can't do anything unless they see person smoking. Told wouldn't refund (we were there only 5 hours). Offered no solutions. Manager was curt and unapologetic. Will never return!

This is the best place to stay especially for the cost. I stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was very spacious. The staff is amazing!! Every time I stay here the staff goes out of their way to help me and make sure we have everything we need. Comfy beds! Good water pressure! Loved having the mini fridge and microwave! Really big TV with movie channels! The only thing was that the sink didn't drain the whole we where there. But thats ok, the room has 2 sinks!! I definitely recommend this hotel!!

It was a quiet stay, everything was nice the only thing I would complain about is the jets in the hot tub was not working. But overall it was a good stay the room was plenty big.

Easy to find, park at, and move on the next day.

The room smelled like dirty laundry, the air/heat made sounds like a big rig running. The cleanliness was lacking. The television worked partially with sound not playing on some channels. The front desk was no help.

Property location is less than stellar. Big bright lights from truck stop coming into the room. Lots of noise. Not a great neighborhood. "Grab and go" breakfast is a joke....one orange and pre-wrapped muffin.

Staff gossips about other staff. First room they put us in was definitely not cleaned before we got there. The second room looked like it got cleaned with bare minimum effort. We did not feel comfortable even using the shower. The beds were just okay. Had I known it was right next to a casino I would have avoided this place in the first place. “Breakfast” was coffee and prepackaged muffins and juice. The pool was out of order. Would not recommend staying here. It’s on the very west side of the Reno area, almost out of town.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Theyvmade me and my service dog "Kangar" welcome. Room was clean as well as the rest of the hotel, even in the area where dogs go and I like where there are poop bags for you to clean up after your dog. It was also nice to have a restaurant close by..more like outside t h e door. Overall it was great! Thank you.

The room was not clean. Under the bed was filthy with disposable cups, animal hair, and garbage. Lamp on nightstand was not working.

Good location close to Sparks. Needs a bit of work and more care. Not so impressed. But will do for a night or if you are there for business.

I enjoyed the stay. Very limited breakfast. Muffin and an apple. Hotel was difficult to find. Kinda parked behind a truckstop and a casino.

I had my dog with me, so I was thrilled to see that there was several great dog areas, The supplied doggy bags and disposal areas. The rooms were clean, quiet and the staff was helpful and gracious. Best of all the prices are more than fare.

I’m always looking for the best deal in a good area, the hotel is attached to a truck stop/casino easy to find, safe location for truck and my show car on the trailer for 3 nights. I’ll stay here again

This was my first time staying here. When I pulled up I couldn't Believe how clean this place was! Very nice on the outside! No homeless people hanging around, no trash on the ground and this place did NOT smell like pee at all! The lady that helped me check in was soo nice! She was inviting and smiled and was just really nice! She let me take some extra coffee supplies to my room and just by doing that made me so happy! The hotel itself was very nice, smelled very good and you can tell, is taken good care of! We got a queen size smoking room. The room did smell like heavy smoke when we walked in but this room had 2 big window that actually opened! We opened the window and the smell was gone! This room was soooo big! Clean! and spacious! You could fit like 2 queen air mattresses in there if you needed more beds! I love that they had 2 sinks, one in the bathroom and one outside the bathroom. That's really helps when you cant get into the bathroom. The water presser was awesome! The shower curtain stayed in place so the floor stayed dry and the towels were white and clean!! plus, we got like 4 small washcloths, 4 of the mid size and 3 of the big ones! most places just give 2 of each! This room also came with a microwave and a big mini fridge. The beds were clean comfortable and good size. They also give you a complimentary breakfast in the morning of a muffin and an apple or banana, coffee or juice. All in all I felt very safe here and I will be coming back!!

No top sheet on bed. Had to get a sheet and make the bed ourselves. Mold all over the bathroom. Toxic condition.

Can't beat the ocean front location and the staff is friendly. With the food market onsite you never have to leave, you can just enjoy and relax.

I spent 3 nights there. Good location, easy to get around. My TV never worked, despite me telling the front desk staff. It was a smoking hotel, and though the lower floors are non-smoking, the walls and carpet are permeated with the smell. One benefit, the hotel is on the same property as the Petro truck stop, so you have access to laundry facilities and a restaurant. You get what you pay for.
