Very comfortable room, and friendly service. There was construction still going on but it didn't interrupt our stay at all.

JetBlue cancelled my flight and I was forced to find accommodations. I booked this 30 minutes before arrival. I arrived sometime before 9pm and there was no front desk agent. A sign said, "Use the phone and dial 0 for the agent." I couldn't find the phone. So I called the local number 3 or 4 times. An agent finally came in from a door outside. The hotel was fine. It seems to be a newer hotel. It common areas were clean as was my room. I just needed a good night of sleep before my flight the next morning. The price was astronomical. $541 for one night.

This hotel was clean and comfortable for our needs. Close to the ski area and downtown. Only complaint is that we could here the guests that were next to us late into the night, but hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful!

Disappointed that the hot tub was under construction during our visit but overall everything was great! Friendly staff, tasty breakfast, the deluxe king room with fireplace was perfect for Valentines, and the hotel was incredibly quiet. We’ll definitely be back!

Towel racks are needed in the bathroom. The desk clerk needed more training, two of them had a hard time figuring out how to split the bill. The place looked updated and nice!

Room was dowdy, dirty curtains, chair looked like it came from the dump, not very clean, when the EXIT door 2 doors down slammed, the walls would shake. Very overpriced. Will never stay here again or recommend.

The family really enjoyed their stay here. it was an easy check in, and they allowed me to extend a little bit the next day .

The hotel was next to a dispensary and that smell was not great. No breakfast due to construction but they offered a discount. For that price I could have stayed somewhere nicer.

Well since you’re asking after I made a reservation I got an email explaining that the hotel is under construction and the Continental breakfast wasn’t available

The hotel was to be renovated, but in the meantime it was miserable. Especially for $250. No breakfast, no restaurant and almost no other amenities.

Property was under renovation. Desk clerk at check in was having trouble with his eyes and could not speak very good English. Room was clean but no breakfast available. Power went out before we checked out.

The entrance and communal areas are pretty grim as was the room and the bathroom. Car park was also unkempt. I feel like it should be $50 a night not the crazy high price it is charging.

Very pleased with how clean the room was! Comfortable bed, and a beautiful view of Steamboat Ski area. Quiet room too! Construction was going on with the hotel, so there was no charge for a pet which was very helpful.

Under construction, no breakfast, voucher was only good and neighboring hotel for a single person. Huge gap I door the you could see the hallway through. Definitely not worth 350 a night.
