I enjoyed the friendly staff and easy check in!

Had to rate a little lower on condition because the property is under renovation, but it is kept scrupulously clean (with products that do not smell strong). Staff were always friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was well planned with good variety. Coffee, tea, and ice water were always available. Hotel showers are always either great or awful -- this one was practically transformative - perfect pressure and temperature for three different guests. We also used the fitness center and pool, which were adequate for our needs. Will stay there again!

The place was clean and the room more than adequate. The staff was extremely courteous. Love the location, close to many dining options. Would stay here again!

Loved the room size. The staff was very cordial on checking in. There was some debris around the top of the tub that should have been cleaned. Overall it was a nice stay and would recommend it.

My husband and I really enjoyed our experience at the Comfort Suites Milledgeville, GA. Very nice and comfortable room.

First, the room temperature was sort of warm but the air conditioner was leaking water all over the floor. The front desk rep couldn't move us to another room because the hotel was booked. The sofa had stains all over it but the bedding was clean. I will never stay here again.

Convenient location; old hotel, renovations almost complete. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Detergents seem to leave the vinyl floor a little sticky.

About 7 minutes from GCSU campus, staff were all very nice and friendly. Inside pool was a little too chilly to swim but it was also a cooler day than normal.

The man at the counter was super friendly and the room was nice and COOL when I arrived which was very nice. (I hate when I check into a room and it’s too hot in there!) The room was really large and comfortable. I didn’t eat the breakfast the next morning, but I’m glad it was offered!

The hotel staff was fantastic. The room was comfortable. The pool was a nice temperature & clean. The price was high for the room and area.

Outlets did not work in bathroom. Paint peeling on walls. Looked like rooms had damage and a poor effort was made to repair. Ill never use expedia again to book. Rooms were nothing like pictured. Breakfast was a joke. I have 4 years of hotel stays in this city.. never again

Hotel could use some work. Room # was on floor not attached to door. Room smelled clean, but when walking on floor you could feel dirt with your feet.

The original room had an unpleasant odor and the staff quickly moved us to another room without any issue. New room was nice with a lot of room. Also, something came up during our stay and we needed to check out 1 night early. The hotel obliged our early check out and refunded us the night we didn’t stay. I’m thankful the manager was accommodating for this.

We booked this hotel in early January at a lower rate than we were billed upon arrival. I explained this to Adam at the front desk. I did have some proof. Adam was polite, professional, and kind. He had to work this out with the manager. He gave us our key and said he would let us know once he had the issue resolved. He did resolve this issue to our satisfaction. For this reason, I give the service at this hotel 5 stars. The hotel's overall cleanliness needs improvement, and many items need to be replaced or updated for the price they tried to charge - $254. I think the rate hike is likely on Hotels.com, but I am unsure. I will not be using hotels.com again for booking.

The mattress was very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The water coming out of the shower was brown and a sudden sprut of black water came out of the sink.

Nail clippings all over the floor, dead roach in the closet, no body soap, mint wrappers on the floor. Pretty sure room wasn’t cleaned before our stay.

called me at check in time to say i didn’t have a room. after a talk i had a room but no tv. said they were working on the tv problem and would fix it that afternoon. never had a tv in the room the whole weekend. Had to get a new keycard every time we came back because it wouldn’t work. Most of the staff was very kind though.

Carpet was sticky and floor sagging towards the middle of the room. Toilet seat was cracked and bathroom was not cleaned very well. Arrived late and front desk assistant was not very responsive and we had to repeat our information multiple times.

Facility is under renovation and completely a mess. Most of the extras are closed and forget about breakfast as out of everything.

The property needs to be renovated as I don't think it is worth the price being charged. Facility is old and rundown and carpets need replacing. The floors in the dining area are sticky ... just to mention a few items.
