Breakfast was horrible need a credit for that it was so bad! Under cooked food, no silverware, and ran out of certain foods at 730 am when breakfast was from 6-10am.

The hotel was going under renovations. I finally got the tv to work. The elevator was broke in the morning, the breakfast was not up to the standards I expected. But the bed was great, plenty of hot water in the shower. Room was clean, pillows were new. Large screen was nice, after I got it to work. However my buddies was the hotel room from hell.

Not good. No one cleaned my room. There is no lotion. The water at the sink did not get hot. Water in the shower did not stay hot very long. Also, I lost water pressure in the shower.

The hotel is wonderful for a short term stay. While comfortable, it is a definite need for a budget to upgrade the room and the overall hotel. The room was nice but there were stains all over the curtains, duvet, and couch. The service is nice with friendly and attentive staff. It is located in a good part of town.

The area was a great place. The hotel only had 1 elevator working. The bed was very worn in and hard. The hotel staff was rude at check out time. Phone in the room did work either.

The room layout is very nice. I love the separate sitting area. I wish the rooms had at least a lamp with a charging plug in it. We had to buy a plug.

Stayed two nights, first night shower was cold. Talked to front desk and they said they are having their boilers worked on.. daughter took shower next afternoon ( Luke warm ) told them that night and said nobody else complained and they are booked so nothing they could do. ( different person working). Took shower that night again not hot. Told front desk at check out and said sorry but you can take a drink for free to compensate me! Wow how generous! Floors in room had brown stains, couch was worn and stained. Phone in room did not work. ( I tried using it to call front desk for water issues and clean towels ) surprise no clean towels for us! Had friends staying in room across the way and their shower didn’t drain..Hey but I got a free soda!

A beautiful hotel it was very clean. Our problem is we had two rooms. One room perfect. Our room the bathroom door would not close. There was water standing in the floor when we checked in. The door was in the water.
In our bedroom the ceiling around where the shower up one floor would be was wet and had mold starting. We reported when we checked out and she said she would report to there engineer.
Great restaurants in walking distance of hotel.

Phones in room were out and we switched to another room, due to the ac being broken. Shower was very low pressure in the morning almost just trickling and was like that a few mins. Also only had one elevator working so wait time to go up and down were longer.

For a Hyatt property, I guess I expect that more quality of a room. The air conditioner/heater was very loud and made terrible noises and rattled. The shower curtain plastic liner looks like it had never been changed. It was filthy stain brown with calcium buildup. The faucet to the sink in the living area was not even connected. We would lose water pressure when taking showers made loud, whistling noise, hot water would stop took several temps to get shower working again.

This was pretty much just "a place you can rest" kind of experience. So I'd rate it as an average property based on:
Decor is a bit dated with the blackout blinds having ripped sections, walls having some faded parts, and no turndown service provided. Breakfast was limited in options to choose from and the elevator was bumpy and slow.
The frontdesk staff were polite and helpful though.

1 of the elevators was out of service during our entire stay, which was around the holidays. Had to move rooms because tv wasn’t working and shower did not give off hot water. The second room had a musty smell.

Check-in/Check out staff were great! Room was clean. One elevator was not working. Bed was uncomfortable. Felt like I was sleeping on someone’s couch. It was only night so no big deal.

Good bedrooms.
One elevator was not working and the other made noises. The shower stop after a few minutes, like it has a timer to save water.
Breakfast was out of food half hour before ending time.

I came into town for business and stayed at this place. The facilities were fantastic! The staff was friendly, the breakfast was oh so good and the coffee was amazing in the morning. This is a place I would encourage people to come to if they are in the area and need a good place to call home for a day or a while.

One night stay but the hotel was nice and clean. Only problem was the bed, it was not comfortable and very squeaky. Great customer service, everyone was very kind.

I liked how easy check-in and check out was. As well as contacting the staff and their way of going above and beyond to answer any questions. I feel like the rooms were outdated and the issues with the keycard were an addition to that. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, friendly staff, parking was good and options for dining and gas was very close as well.

The room was spacious and nicely distributed. The mattress was way too soft. The food at breakfast was not the best.

No room service. I was there 3 nights. I requested maid service the second night. Apparently this hotel has “limited” maid service which means they will not make your beds and only come in every other day for towels and empty trash. Go somewhere else for the money.
The beds were HORRIBLE.

There is a shortage of electrical outlets. The one outlet on each side of the bed is covered by a floating night stand. There are none around the sofa and a single location under the desk. Definitely need more outlets. Even though the staff made sure there was food during the weekend breakfast they ran out of coffee cups and bowls and never refilled them even though there was still 40 minutes left for the breakfast time. I asked more than once and was told that they would be refilled, but it never happened. I did see them cleaning often and that is a super plus. I prefer clean over having bowls and cups. Staff was very nice and overall the experience was fine, but it has some issues to fix, first being elevators.

The front desk staff were super friendly and professional, but they were severely understaffed. The hotel definitely needs some maintenance. There was a very bad leak in the entrance, and the door handle was broken to room 408. They had to move us to another room. The hallway of the fourth floor was missing some wood paneling throughout. Also, we stayed there for three nights and housekeeping only came once, and all they did was replace towels and take out trash. They didn’t do the traditional clean. Overall, I would not stay there again. The beds were not comfortable and the room was hot and sticky at night.
