Staff was very friendly and professional. The WiFi needs to improve. Many of the guests complained about the service. I was there on a business trip, and conducting calls was very difficult. The beer was very good. The alcohol used for cocktails is VERY low shelf. The food quality for decent and selection was good. I tried the Asian restaurant next door, and I found the portions and the food quality to be very good. So, I would suggest if Breezes wanted to make quick significant changes it would be to improve the WiFi service (have it reach the beach!) and the quality of its alcohol.

Pro- location, although it is $30 can fare from the airport Beach is beautiful AC worked a little too well (piano bar is the coldest room in the entire resort). Staff is super friendly (except the buffet workers, not happy and never smiling) Con - WiFi is not good at all - rooms are first come first served, regardless of what you book - had to hope someone checked out of the king room for us to move into (had to keep checking back at the desk every 30 mins). First room was terrible! Door next to the room creaked eerily like you were in a horror movie! No vents in the restrooms TV did not work at all (sound no picture) Old school spring beds that had a lot of springs sprung - not comfortable! This place definitely needs a major facelift Food is edible, but not good Extra restaurants- Italian restaurant, if food was terrible!

This is not a nice place. The pictures were deceiving. The dinner buffet was disappointing.

My dining experience was horrible, tables are always dirty staff looking at you with your food in hand trying to get a clean table no one is ever there to greet you, however on the morning before we checked out we met a very nice lady that was sent by god so we were able to get a clean table she greeted us very nicely and offered us coffee, big up to Ms Sherilyn keep up the excellent job we need more of her staff need training.

This is an ok hotel, very expensive for what you get. But Bahamas is very expensive and so is the food. So all inclusive is a good option. The restaurants at the hotel are absolutely horrible. The worst food I have ever had. The buffet is ok, good salat bar, some good options some of the theme days. The grillbar at the pool is very good. Good fresh grilled burgers. The noise at the hotel is constant and horrible. Very loud music by the beach and pool 14 hours a day. And games in loud speaker that maybe 2 og 3 people attend but all of the hotel have to hear about. The gym is old and need new machines, but its ok. The staff is ok friendly. All in all disappointing but ok.

Room needs to upgrade and updates

Everyone from employees to visitors were very friendly. The food was good at the pool, buffet and restaurants. The employees spoke great English and loved to joke around. We all felt that we would recommend and come back again.

Magnificent clear turquoise water. Decent food options on resort, daily buffet and outdoor cook stand options. Restaurants could be a little better, only 3 on resort (greek, italian, & asian) friendly people and workers, great area. 10 min walk from bond nightclub and casino, lots of things to do including excursions. Overall I'd rate it a 4.5/5 great experience!

The positives: The service provided by the staff was top-notch, especially Chantelle and Keisha at the front desk, and just about every staff member at the dining promenade. Everyone we encountered, from the cleaning people to the serving people were extremely friendly and nice. The negatives: the pool bar was constantly running out of ice, could not keep the frozen drinks frozen, ran out of light beer and soda water, and in general had limited choices. We wished there was more than one bar open on the property at any given time. We had to switch rooms as our fourth floor room’s air conditioning was not working properly; in fact, the whole fourth floor smelled slightly mildewy, including our room. The staff graciously moved us to the eighth floor, and it was a huge improvement.

Most staff members were not friendly or attentive. Very limited dining options. Buffet was limited and unappetizing. The room was small and outdated. Our shower was dirty and shower head was broken.

All good…the doors are hard to open and close. The food was excellent and ditto for the area.

Great place for a relaxing long weekend.

This was my second time staying at Breezes and it was just as nice and relaxing as the first time. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. If the weather would have cooperated, it would’ve been the perfect trip.

Food and drink were poor, except for the food at the pool side grill. People were friendly but this place is not great.

The couples massage were the best I ever had. The staff very nice. The beach of course is beautifull. The food and drinks were good. The entire building could use some updating from the pool to the rooms to the lounge areas. But overall experience was good and we would visit again.

I really like the staff , especially DJ REDz.. very nice guy and the music was so good. The staff was very friendly. It was my birthday weekend and they made my room special.. I appreciate everyone there. I will definitely go back..

It was pretty much like the reviews indicated. Positive comments -The staff were great in all aspects the entire time, the beach was great, the location was very good, excellent views of the sea and pool area, they make a good effort for entertainment every evening and you can tell the staff likes to have fun. Negative comments- Beach needed cleaning, the property is old and is overdue for an extensive upgrade, the pool is not heated and was real cold the entire stay so no one really got in it.

We loved the entertainment staff who kept us engaged all night. Servers were very accommodating. Drink options were limited, ran out of Kaluha. Restaurants were excellent but hotel needs a late night food option.

Love this resort, people so friendly, games all the time with funny group.. food could improve at lunch. I am vegetarian was hard to find variety.. my shower had a poor water pressure and not hot enough.. the rooms are clean and very cold AC. Affordable and nice. Little outdated but so friendly. I would like to return.

The staff was fantastic and the food was very good. Everything was extremely well kept up and clean in the common areas. Only problem was poor wifi in rooms and tv issues. But the friendliness and kindness of the staff made the stay great.

This property is clean but very outdated. The beach is close, I never had an issue getting a chair or finding shade. The pool is clean and there is plenty of seating around it. The food is buffet style with a nice variety. However, if you're a picky eater, you may find it difficult to find something you'll enjoy at dinner. Breakfast was typical and there is grill open during the day with hamburgers, hot dogs, ect. The wifi in the resort was spotty at best and I had connectivity issues for my entire stay. The only accessible plug in the room was in the bathroom. There were no accessible plugs near the beds. I had to move the dresser to plug in my laptop and there was an extension cord behind the night stand that was used to plug in my phone. It's a decent resort if you manage your expectations and your intent is to unplug. The staff is friendly and the resort is safe.
