I liked the fact that it was close to i20, some of the staff was nice, others not so much.

The property was fine. There was a minor communication barrier with the housekeeping staff.

Room dirty, bathroom door want to clean, bathroom need proper cleaning. Bed spread have pen ink need and old. Television need upgrade terrible. Roach in the room. Customer service very poor.ac and window need cleaning. I came out sick. I am not satisfied. I would not recommend.

One of the guest had their dogs in the room and 3am that’s when they started barking. Didn’t get any rest after that.

We had a so called handicap accessible room. It was suppose to be a roll in shower, it was a bath tub with bars on the wall. No shower chair. The shower head was broke, the tv didn't work, the hair dryer had wires coming out the bottom, just waiting to shock someone. I told the cleaning lady the shower wand was broke. Our room had an access door to the room beside us, in which there was a guy and a girl arguing at 3AM. We heard their whole argument. I felt like I was listening to a soap opera. He had been sleeping with other guys and girls and she wanted to know why. He just wanted to do himself and not worry about anyone else. He was happy she had his baby, but he just wanted to do him. He loved her, he just didn't know why he was out in the streets. She had pictures of him with these other guys and girls and all he could say was, I don't know.... but I love you. Me and my disabled daughter eventually went back to sleep, but I knew what was coming next. Around 5AM we woke to banging and moaning. That's when I started banging on the wall. For a person who had 10 hours of driving ahead of them, I didn't get any good sleep. I would not recommend this place. It's close to the interstate and cheap, but not worth the headache.

Liked-Location Disliked-Outside area, Cleanliness(Inside room/Outside room), Staff was ok. Door to the room I was in wasn’t completely sealed at the bottom, linen was horrible, it just needs to be cleaned properly and updated in areas.

Bed had stains in it

There is nothing really positive to say about this location. The lady at the front desk barely said 2 words to me. The room smelled like weed, but there were no other rooms available. Wifi required a password that was not provided to me.The room door rattled in the wind, the bathroom door had 2 of the 3 hinges pulled out and wouldn't shut. The metal box mattress frame popped and creaked every time you moved like it was missing hardware and about to fall apart. The towels were stained and/or dirty. The water pressure was barely sufficient to shower and the sink was slow to drain. To top it all off, at breakfast the next morning, there was no regular coffee available. Not what i expect when i pay almost $100 for the night.I could have stayed at a Motel 6 and had a better experience and saved half the money I spent. If i could give this stay a lower rating I would.

Our first room had hole in wall, could see around closed door , flip lock was broke, dresser drawer handle broke off and toilet seat broke. And it had a foul odor. We changed rooms, and was better. BUT , right off we were offered our money back which we should have done . Could have gotten another place half mile away and for $20.00 cheaper

The room was clean and nice. But i needed to leave a day early and they refused to refund my last night there. Told me they had no way of getting in touch with their manager who would have to approve the refund. Took my name and number, but of course no phone call.

My wallet was stolen the guy at the front desk was very helpful on letting me keep my stay. Truly appreciated

The only really positive was Location & a couple of restaurants near by. I thought the room would have been more up to date & cleaner. I used a wet towel to mop the floor in my room. Mold was on one of my pillows. Bathroom door was improperly installed so you couldn't close it all the way. But for an over night stay it's okay.

I really felt that I had stumbled upon a trafficking property. Some of the guests appeared to be residents. They were constantly monitoring certain areas like the pool (which was not open during my stay). The service from the staff was poor and the room did not feel clean. I will not be staying here again

WHen we checked in, there were faulty outlets and no hot water. They changed our room but the TV service was out mostof our stay. I would not recommend this Motel

It was an ok stay. The television didn’t work at first. The front desk assistant had someone replace the cable box in my room and it still didn’t work. So for my 3day 2night stay I had no TV.

I love the hot water, TV channels and management who provided me my refund with no issue. I didn’t like the bed, smoke holes, stinky pillows and sink outside the bathroom. I will not return! The Smokey and stinky pillows is a no for me!

They didn't have face titles. The room was dirty. The beds was terrible. My back hurts. The phones didn't work. The time on the clock was wrong. They did have much food for Breakfast.

need upgrades a person do not need to be out in the cold talking to reservation clerk like being in jail very cold service need better hospitality. a litte cheap coffee in the lobby that's not good customer

Staff chise to overcharge

The shower was held together by a hanger, the toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall.

The one positive was the price was the lowest in the area. Now for all of the negatives, we had to kick the door to get it open because it was crooked in the frame, they used too much soap on the floors, so they were sticky most of the time, and slippery when they got wet. The bedding was stained, and they would just put the dirty towels back in the holder each day instead of providing clean ones. The light in the bathroom burned out halfway through our 6-night stay, but they still had not replaced it by the time we checked out. The air conditioner cover kept falling off as it was broken, and the filter cover did not close at all, so it was obvious how incredibly dirty the filter was. The parking lot should have angled parking instead of straight parking as the space between rows of cars is too small, so it requires multi point turns to get into and out of parking spaces unless you are across from a small vehicle, or empty space. I was cold so we did not even look at the pool, and did not visit the breakfast, so we can not honestly comment on those amenities.

Wi-fi was not working and never did during my stay. Disable vehicle parked in the handicap parking space, Remote control for TV was very difficult to use: tray that holds the coffee pack was missing, had to go to the front desk to replace.
