Nothing was good in this Hotel, I reserved two rooms but they give me one and ohhh we are sorry by mistake we reserved one I said them that I paid for two , the room was very bad smelling and also out side it was a lot drugs smells too condition of bathroom was very bad too with out parking all other things was worst and very bad

No heat no coffee, dirty heat went out no overnight staff to assist, a lot of noise would never recommend assistant manger was a rude woman!! Terrible place DO NOT STAY HERE

The room was clean and cozy..!! Convenient parking.. I was expecting inclusion of utensils as it consists stove.. but no utensils..!!

I liked the customer service that was given. I didn't like how the central air and heating unit was not fully functional (only AC was coming out; making the room chilly).

The trash can was full when I checked in. Otherwise everything was fine.

There needs to be more trash cans on the hallways of each floor. Trash was everywhere. There should be more trash containers in each floor hallways. There was trash left on every floor in every hallway. Which is the reason for having roaches in rooms. Your hotel should install cameras so you can see whos leaving trash everywhere charge a trash fee on there room

While the property was okay (a bit run down and not upgraded at all), the bedding needs to be replenished, especially the mattress pad (visibly stained in several places).

Disgusting and unsafe. Dead roaches in shower and refrigerator. Stove was nasty and only one burner worked. Hair in shower and sink when I asked to have it cleaned I was told they were busy but would come in morning which did not happen. People are there with huge dogs. A lot of homeless people some had 7 people on one room living next to me. I checked out after one night I didn’t feel safe. Front desk said they don’t give refunds for that reason so I was still charged for all 4 days.

Bugs found running around in bathroom in the morning. They ran when the lights came on. I was grossed out by how dirty the room was and it was hard to get in the door and all so I changed rooms. The desk person was nice. And moved me to a clean room. Unfortunately the heater didn’t work and it was cold in the room. It could’ve been fixed but maintenance didn’t even try. I got a refund for the rest of my stay and left. They decided to keep my deposit because I got a refund. That’s shady and corrupt. Will never stay here again.

For the price, I don’t expect much because that’s how most motel’s are. Just when you asked for a non-smoking room, I don’t expect the room’s linen to have smoke burns all over the comforter.

Cute place for an overnight stay. I enjoyed that my room had full size fridge and microwave. just what I needed, nothing extra. Room was clean. Comforter had cigarette burns that was weird.

Room smelled of smoke, very noisy in parking lot, people drinking and loud in parking lot. An alarm was going off all night. Horrible experience

They forgot the remote control but anything else I was ok

This a residency hotel. Lots of people living in the units. I picked this spot because it boasted of a mini kitchen. The room is the size of a shoe box with a huge refrigerator that takes up most of the place. There were no utensils dishes pots glasses. The stove was filthy and the refrigerator had a roach walking around in it. I found a few more scurrying under the cabinets. The floors were filthy. I complained and was moved to another unit that was equally as filthy, if not worse. The lady at the front desk was very understanding and immediately offered me a refund of my second night. Because I had planned on staying for two days. Me and my wife couldn't stay there and wound up leaving a few hours after arriving. We had to spend more money on another hotel.

The place is OK, clean and efficient. But if you are not in a car, this place is not walking distance to anything; not a restaurant or service station. They do not provide anything; not coffee or snacks. So just keep that in mind.

The room door was open and the room was dirty , bed undone. Another room was assigned to us, similar conditions. There were not toilet paper in the bathroom, the smell of cigarettes was unbreakable.l. A group of young man kept walking outside the room. We told the staff in the office, but she didn't care much, si we left. , Reservation's money was not refundable

The staff at the hotel were really nice, but the hotel literally caught fire while I was staying there (like, the fire department showed up and everything). My only complaint about the staff is that they woke me up at 10am to confirm I was checking out at 11am. This would have been less of a big deal, but I was also woken up at midnight (not their fault - a result of the fire). As a hotel, they really only have one job - letting me sleep, and between the fire and the needlessly early wake-up, that didn't really happen. That being said, everyone was kind and helpful, and the fire wasn't their fault.

Overall, it worked for my need, but probably will stay somewhere else next time. Room was small and needed to be cleaned better. Had to take pictures of the window and door because of damage

It is hard to find anything to like about this property. There was a man selling drugs out of one of the rooms. I went back to the hotel for the night and there were 5 cop cars, and half the building flooded. All residents had to evacuate their rooms, and the property only refunded one night. I never even stayed the night here because of this nightmare experience. Do not stay here!

Cockroaches. Would not change rooms for us. The next morning when we canceled the second night, they would not refund the two other rooms in our party (we booked 3 rooms). They somehow believed some of our party would go to another hotel, but the others would stay.
