The Omni Interlocken Hotel has always been a nice hotel. We have many fond memories of this Omni. We spent many nights there 10-15 years ago for Lacrosse tournaments. The concern is that it does not look like there has been any remodeling since that time. The bed was saggy the TV options are archaic and the gym looks like it is from 1990 complete with fiberglass drop ceiling, and no towels and mismatched weights. We had a pleasant stay and the staff was great but the hotel itself is tired and needs a facelift. It’s downright old and does not look like anyone is paying attention to the amenities. Again a nice hotel but resting on its laurels and stuck in time.

Disappointed. No one said the hot tub was out of order. The beds are old!! Need new mattresses and pillows, we barely slept.

Positive: one manager let our family watch a movie downstairs on a big screen, with snacks even. That was great!!!
Negative: we found A. a small 1 inch piece of cheese along one edge in our room (not behind furniture. Out in the open. B. in your workout room, one Kind Bar was chewn thru by a mouse. I mean the wrapper was mouse style chewn. And when I looked behind that cabinet on the floor, as expected there is a pile of mouse poop. (we did eat the unchewed kind bars haha). C. in the outside bathroom (accessible only from pool area), mens room, there are a bunch of millipedes! I mean they are cute. but you probably dont want them in there. Mostly dead. a few alive. My kid was in the back (handicap) toilet changing to swim shorts and was asking me what are all these things on the floor...

Such an amazing property, beautiful location clean rooms and very helpful staff. We had a work party here and made a staycation out of it. Bed was so comfortable, clean room great room service options. Wish we would have packed our swim stuff for the heated outdoor pool.

We came down specifically to let the kids play in the pool and hot tub as we have done in the past. The hot tub was broken and the heated pool was too cold for the kids to play in. There was no indication on the website when I booked the reservation otherwise we would have stayed somewhere else.

Very nice property and interior design. Staff was wonderful - so friendly and attentive.
Had the pan seared salmon in the Tap Room - perfectly cooked with beautiful presentation. Breakfast was delicious as well.
Outdoor pool and hot tub were a treat to swim in in December. Fire pits were a nice addition.
I didn’t use the fitness center but it looked great.
Only small drawback were the sheets were a little rough - could have been a softer linen but first world problem. Bed was otherwise very comfortable

Hotel stay was great overall. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. The hotel is a bit older but the public areas well-kept. Our room was comfortable (we recommend the rhe mountain view) and had your basic amenities. The only downside is that you could see the age of the hotel, at least in our room. The finishes were a bit worn, the towel rack was barely attached to the wall, two vanity light bulbs went out, the shower drain was super slow, and our sheets had holes. Other than that, it was worth the stay. It's a good location for food and shopping too. We went in the winter so not much to do outside but the pool and golf course looked appealing in the snow.

I enjoyed my stay at Omni. It has everything inside the hotel for convenience. It is located near a shopping mall. Ample parking. The hotel room was average - nothing extraordinary. When we first arrived, we noticed that our bathroom sink was clogged but we called front desk and they sent someone immediatley to fix it. Overall a good hotel.

The hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating. excellent service. The room was clean. I wish I would have known the pool was heated to where it was warm enough to swim as I found that out when we were leaving. The room itself was a bit dated but comfortable.

From the time we checked in the service was impeccable. We are traveling with a dog and his welcomed like a king. Our room was great. Bed was very comfortable. They had a doggie mat with a water bowl and food bowl set up in the rom when we arrived. They also had treats. Very pet friendly hotel. Great location to get to Denve, Colorado Springs and Boulder. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend this hotel

The personnel in all phases were exceptional. The manager and hostess were so friendly and helpful. If you go there request Sunny for your waitress. Food was exceptional too!

We were there for a funeral. When we got back to the hotel we waited 5 min before an elevator came. An employee was on the elevator and said the elevator was reserved for the football team that had just arrived. We waited another 5 min. There are 4 elevators and all elevators were going to the bottom floor where the team was and they were programmed to bypass the lobby. Finally after 15 min an elevator stopped at the lobby going down to the team. A bunch of us got in and went down then up. The stairs were locked. It was obvious that regular guests were at a disadvantage to the college football team. The employees acted like we did not matter. Not something to enjoy after a funeral.

I’m generally an easy-go-luck traveler, but I was disappointed with the my room - the bathroom in particular. Why do you have a short toilet installed (about 19” maybe)? If I was 4’ tall, it would have been perfect but I’m taller. Painful on the knees. And the tissue roll is mounted behind you. Not convenient and problematic for someone with restrictive moments, which is not me.
My dinner was wonderful. The hotel is well adorned, very inviting. The bathroom needs a redesign.

Price is amazing for a resort but then you get there and realize it needs a major overhaul. Very dated decor with some new touches. No valet or help to room which is odd for resort. I emailed spa three times with 0 responses. Tv menu tells you front desk can make appt so go to front desk they say go to spa. Spa sign says scan this QR code for appts which takes me to the email they haven’t answered. Toilet ran entire time after telling front desk twice when we told about the door not opening and getting stuck. Tub didn’t drain great either but since they hadn’t fixed door or toilet why bother right. We had to request our room be cleaned after 2nd day of no cleaning and then they didn’t do until after 3 pm then because the door stuck housekeeping unknowingly left it open so probably won’t stay again.

We are local and booked day of for a staycation. We called ahead to see if we could get in early to be able to give our toddler a nap. They were very accommodating and all set up for when we got there. Everyone was very friendly and our kids had a blast at the pool. The rooms were clean and we were surprised how quiet it was considering it is so close to the highway and there seemed to be a lot of guests.

It was okay. The room service food was average and there was no kid's menu. The furniture was nice but rundown. It was mostly clean but minor issues here and there. The pool and hot tub had a lot of debris in them, including dead flies. The water pressure was very very weak, so filling the bathtub for my four year old took 30 minutes. No one helped us with our bags even though we were carrying a lot and had a little kid with us. At the end of our stay, a staff member gave our daughter a kid's activity bag, and said it should've been given at check-in. When we asked for more towels, or help getting the heater fixed, the response was excellent. We loved the complimentary bath products. Overall, it was comfortable and sufficient, but I expected it to be a bit more luxurious and more kid-friendly based on the website and what I was told to expect.

Staff is wonderful! Amenities are great and the bed was super nice and comfy. We were here for an event at the hotel, but the options for a tap room, restaurant, and coffee shop were great! Definitely would stay here again!

It was fairly ok room. I did find some gum stuck in the bathroom floor, had to remind housekeeping twice for clean towels and clean the room.

I stayed 2 night and was solo. The deadbolt on the door was broken and the other safety latch also did not work. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling and the fan did not work. The pillows on the bed looked plush but were flat as soon as you put your head on them. My balcony overlooked the pool (beautiful area) and there was a reception going on. All of the sound carried to my room so I was up late due to the noise. The room was clean but the place is definitely showing its age.

Staff was amazing!!! They were so helpful and friendly. The hotel was great lots of great features. Pool and hot tub was great. The restaurant was good. I really enjoyed my stay.
