Property in an industrial looking area. Not very appealing. .

Here’s an honest review. The hotel smells. The rooms smell. There are mysterious stains on the floor in the rooms. The toilet didn’t work properly. We could hear dogs barking all night. We booked through hotels.com and they told us they didn’t see that we prepaid and made us pay through them at a higher rate. We corrected it afterward.

I did not like that the room had a kitchenette and did not have utensils to cook or eat with. I had to go to the front desk and ask for them.

Basic long term stay facility. Not very clean. The elevator smelled like pickles. There are many that use the premises as their primary residence. Although the reps at the front desk were friendly, do not expect any service besides the complementary coffee in the morning. Plates, glasses, utensils, etc should be available upon request. Unfortunately, after a couple of attempts, I was unable to have requested items provided. If you have a pet, there is a daily charge. Some properties charge a flat fee. The property needs upgrading.

The only thing I didn't like was the smell don't get me wrong early in the morning it smelled good and clean but by the end of the evening it smelled like cigarettes very badly

The room was dirty.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke as it came through the broken outlet (with exposed wiring by the way....total safety issue. The toilet did not flush, and was told that there is no maintenance staff on the weekend so they would bring me the toilet plunger. I will be contacting the property to get a refund. The safety issue alone is enough to warrant a refund.

I stayed at this property years ago, it was absolutely well kept. The bathroom sink stopper did not work, the blanket was more like a sheet paper thin. The refrigerator was dented and everything looked old and worn.There seems to be a number of unsavory characters drinking, cursing and smoking in front of the property. My lady friend saw an unkempt person walk through the lobby with a holstered glock pistol. We had to ask for a coffee maker for the room. Maybe your clientel would take items that were not nailed down. Absolutely no amenities at this hotel. I believe years ago Grumman personnel who flew in from other parts of the country and used this place for extended stays while working at the Bethpage facility. I would suggest to future guests you may want to stay somewhere else.

Toilet wouldn’t flush, and leaked all over bathroom floor. Night clerk told me to come get plunger downstairs. Room was filthy. Had to go buy shower cleaner to take a shower. I hate to leave bad reviews, but for almost $200 a night, this place was unacceptable. We did ask for a different room, but it really was not much better. Dirty stained pillows.

Great stay except the elevator stop working

Dogs barking, kids screaming. Tough place to sleep.

Carpet was damp and almost sticky(possibly from earlier cleaning). There was hair entwined in the sheets, otherwise they seemed clean. Towels were dirty upon arrival and when we called the front desk asking for clean towels we were told we would have to come to the front desk and exchange them one for one. The kitchenette was absolutely empty, only two plastic cups, and based on the towel situation we did not bother to ask if anything could be provided. Would not recommend to anyone nor would I stay here again. For the price alone it definitely wasn't worth it.

Expedia shouldn’t offer this hotel on their website. It has an odor and we felt completely unsafe. The front desk agent didn’t seem surprised at all when we went back down to the lobby and said we didn’t want to stay.

Room smelled of smoke. Hair in the bathroom. Woken up at 3.30am by drunks in the hallway. Entrance to lobby had two people openly Smoking pot outside.

Very clean and quiet. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend this hotel

Rooms were big. Bed was very comfortable

I loved the friendliness & helpfulness from the young lady behind the counter. She was sooooo helpful, giving me creamer at mightnight for my coffee the next morning & trying to make my second check-in convenient for my work schedule I LOVED the fact that I was able to have a fridge/freezer, ice cube trays, microwave, WiFi, awesome cable channels. It’s was lovely and so peaceful and quiet. The ONLY one negative thing, otherwise all of my rating would have been excellent, is this: I stayed in Room 100 and the walk to and from my room was extremely unpleasant because they was such a STRONG SMELL OF GARBAGE. The first night I checked in, I was hoping it was because the garbage was waiting to be taken out the next morning, however, my entire stay from Sun late night until Wednesday morning the smell never went away. That was the only negative thing, otherwise thumbs up.

I parked my car in their lot when I came out some body hit my car took the whole front bumper and left side of front tyre. When I went inside to ask for a camera footage the front desk told me we don’t have camera in the lot and it’s all on you.

The room look dated and there was a roach crawling on the wall!!!
