The first room they gave me had terrible smell of smoke. The second one had a dirty smell. The carpet was humid and gross. Pillows smelled like sweat. A/C wasn't working properly. To make things worst, the breakfast was terrible!

Good stay, clean and friendly staff Breakfast could have provided more options for hot, however it was good enough that we stayed an extra 2 days extension

Room and bathroom very old, rugs smelly continental breakfast had nothing much.Would not recommend it at all. Very disappointed with it for the price I paid.

Bed mattressed were disgusting. The staff was very good. They showed us other rooms and it was the same unfortunately.

The check in staff was super friendly and helpful. I was only there one night, to be close to my daughter's medical facility. The carpets in the room were dirty but otherwise the hotel was clean, colorful, the free breakfast was OK, very close to shopping, room was quiet. Every place is expensive in the area. They were the least expensive.

This place is the worst hotel ever. No place to park,dirty carpets, food left on the floor in our room, both beds broke upon sitting on them. I only weigh 250the manager name is Clive and is very rude. Never will I ever stay at another Choice Hotel anywhere!!!!

The rooms that you reserve online are not the rooms that you get and then they argue with you about your reservations need to do better and have better customer service the rooms are disgusting anyway and old for the price

Never stayed there and had to wait for a refund.... Hotel.com is a terrible app second time I booked thru them the first time they refused to return my money.. basically a scam app . Book directly with the property..

The room smelled like mildew and even the hangers had rust on them. We were there for four days and our beds were made once during that time. We came back to the room one day and the bathroom had flooded. We used our extra towels to mop it up as it appeared the leak was from the shower curtain not being pulled over when the room was “cleaned,.” When we asked for extra towels the next day, we tried to explain where our towels went ( maid service took the wet towels and didn’t replace them.)We had to return the two towels we had in order to get replacements! The bathroom walls had caulking sloppily applied around the edges and there were candy wrappers under the vanity. At one point, our sopping wet bath mat was refolded and put over the tub instead of giving us a dry one. We came out of the elevator and the whole second floor reeked of pot smoke. The ice machine was dirty and was left empty. The breakfast selection was sparse and not replenished during our stay. The only reason service got two stars was because Erica at the front desk was awesome. If I were just ranking her she’d get five stars. She was off for two of our days and when I explained about the towels, she made sure we had extra ones and the beds were actually made that day. The gentleman who worked the desk was beyond surly and rude. We were told they didn’t have a printer to use and two of my companions couldn’t print out their boarding passes. They were, however, able to print out our hotel bill! Hard pass!!!

Rooms smell like cat piss & cigarettes

Not worth staying. Staff was uninformed and generally “bothered” by requests. Linens were not changed when asked. Air conditioning was either too hot or too cold, and couldn’t be set to a comfortable temperature. Our room was entered every day, but only to empty trash cans. Dirty towels were not replaced. Items from a previous guest were in a desk drawer.

Really Bad Place

They change me three times from room to room , first room just one bed after I pay for two, second room no sheets no pillow third room disgusting and 4 room never air condition work in the entire stay , bathroom door damage could close and when close could open , breakfast first day eggs bread second day just bread . Manager very rude .. the worse experience ever contacted 4 times hotels.com they didn’t even give any refund

worn out carpet, peeling paint, security latch on front door ripped off and never replaced, black out drapes that didnt cover the window allowing outside light to stream in minimizing privacy. oh and the distinct smell of urine inside the room. what a disaster.

The bathtub was leaking and the restroom overall could be much better. Furthermore, breakfast was removed at 9 am despite them telling me that it would be removed at 10 am. Overall, I did not have a particularly good experience here.

Room that was booked wasn't available. Was given an alleged upgrade. Towels were never replaced. Shower did not work. Had to wipe feet off after walking across the floor. In general was highly disappointed.

The people here have been wonderful and very helpful. Friendly, clean and comfortable!

This place should NOT be listed on hotels.com. It’s scary, dangerously unhygienic, smells like alcohol, weed, cigarettes, and cigars. Checked in and ran out.

Hyasynth im probably not spelling it right but she was amazing when we arrived she was so friendly and it was definitely relieving seeing a friendly face as that we are not from florida very much KUDOS

This property is very outdated and lack of repair and maintenance. The staffs was very nice. I sort of feel sorry for what they have to deal with when customer complaints because I know they get a lot of complaint because of the condition of the property.

Our stay was great spent 1 night. The front desk attendants were very friendly and personable. The room was overall clean. The bath tub had jets that were questionable in cleanliness. But overall the bed was extremely comfortable and the AC in the room was superb. It was quite warm in the hallways and the elevator was slower than average. The price was great for the stay. What really stood out compared to other hotels I came across was I received a courtesy call from the front desk before check in, which paid off as they were prepared for my arrival when we got there and was an easy check in.

Room was dirty and needs to be updated and painted. More than half of the outlets in the room didn't work. The chair arm was loose at the desk, toilet bowl was dirty as well. For this kind of money, you would expect nicer.

From the time I went into reception I was extremely disappointed. The smell of lavender to cover up cigarette smoke was overwhelming. I checked in and checked out immediately. This hotel needs a renovation and upgrade. Not family friendly.

I didnt like the room we were in because the toilet did not work. However, they did give us another room which we found had a roach.

Sadly, this building and it's facilities are ageing. The porcelain facilities in the bathroom had been patched and repaired poorly, drains were slow and the exhaust fan was ineffective. The air conditioner labored to keep up (and this was during a cooler spell). Room service pulled the bedding back into a semblance of order after the first night but the only service I got the second day was some fresh towels. The room was otherwise untouched. Waste baskets were not emptied, bedding still awry, and floor not vacuumed. The breakfast service was adequate and the staff was friendly.
