The smell in our room was horrible. We had to leave and go find another hotel to stay at.

They need to fix the shower head. The place was quiet, and needs a little updating but very nice service. Breakfast was cereal, toast, fruit and waffles. Waffles and coffee were good. I would stay again. It was great for the price.

I don't know the name of the young man who checked us in on Monday April 29th but his customer service skills were absolutely above and beyond anything expected. His personality at the desk was amazing and overall attitude was a 15 out of 10.
I had to go out to our vehicle at one point and he was outside at the end door where we were parked. He made my re-entry to the building possible through a locked door and made sure I was safe while outside.
We had trouble with our t.v. and he came directly to our room to rectify the problem and actually thanked my husband and I for calling about the problem so that we didn't make it worse. LOL
This young man deserves an "employee of the month award" plus a raise plus a promotion. Fantastic service and attitude.
By the way our room was great. I was clean, big, and comfortable. The bed was amazing.

Several minor things in the room should be repaired. Humidity was really high in the room and the sheets were see through is spots.

Our stay was pleasant. We had an issue with some little red bugs. Not sure what kind they were. The worker which was an African American not sure of his name, but he was very helpful. We also had an issue with the TV, you’ll should leave the Roku remote in the rooms…. So inconvenient

Hotel is in need of some maintenance work And some deep cleaning. New shower head , door trim, the room was nice, but the exterior hallways And public areas were dumpy.

Desk clerk was unable to tell me what he was asking me to sign. He just placed it in front of me and pointed.
Street traffic noise is loud thru window.
Housekeepers are yelling loudly to each other in hallway in the morning.
Bedroom and bath counter is small but in good condition.

My stay for average overall, but what I needed. Unfortunately, the toilet in the bathroom was wobbly due to a cracked base or something. I did report it to the staff but no one checked in. Basically that was the only issue.

When we arrived at 9 p.m. to wind down for the night, we got in the room and there were sticky stains by the phone, my daughter found a spider on the toilet seat. There were stains on the bedding and pillows. The wifi for our phones and the tv's did not work so we could not watch tv. It eventually came back on the morning we were checking out. We have stayed here several times before and have never had problems until this time.

I mean, if you need somewhere cheap to stay, and aren’t too picky, it’ll do. But, if you want your non-smoking room to smell like several different kinds of smoke, your linen to have cigarette burns, and roaches in the bathroom you’re probably not gonna like here.

I was very disappointed with breakfast. The selection was terrible. There was no black tea and no decaf coffee. I expected more than just waffles for a hot choice for breakfast.

This is a horrible hotel. It was dirty and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and mildew.

This place was just fine and inexpensive! It was easy to find, the shower stared hot and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms is small and breakfast options are limited. I will define book here again.

The stay was okay. The halls smelled like smoke. There was a draft that came in from the bottom on the ac unit. AC was not on because it was cold outside.

It was good. There were a lot of smokers outside but they were polite.

Stayed here after concert at Cajundome. McDonald, Wendy’s and sonic close by and still opened late. Fast check in. Staff very polite. Worth the price for a quick sleep overnight.

The staff was very friendly from the time we checked in to housekeeping till the time we checked out. The room was immaculately clean and the bed was so comfortable. We will definitely be back this coming weekend

Diabetic alert, the free breakfast nothing but carbs and sugar. No protein of any kind, no decaf coffee. Had to take our towels down to the desk every day for fresh ones. Room was clean and functional.

Photos show updated rooms, most rooms have not been updated. Rooms are clean but have strong musty smell. Property needs many repairs and deep clean. Breakfast is limited and not worth trying.

The room next to us played loud rap music all night. We got NO sleep. A homeless female was in the kitchen and you couldnt eat breakfast she woukdnt go to a table she was eating on the counter not allowing anyone else to get food

This was not a good experience. Room was dark and smelled. Breakfast was not supplied for any of my party to enjoy. Staff was not friendly. Went through 4 irons to finf one clean enough to use and I had to go to the front desk to get it

Pros:
comfy queen bed & comfy pillows, with a separate area with a couch and kitchen area. I love sleepin when it’s cold and the ac did just that while at other hotels I find many of them a bit warm to my liking…
Cons:
Found a wet dirty towel in the closet, the safe was locked, a few spider webs on the corner of the ceiling, they had a pretty big crack by the door opening of the room, and I had no toilet paper in my room. Also you can hear and feel everyone who passes in the hall. The whole floor shakes.
