Each member of the staff was very friendly. The front desk staff was very helpful. The rooms had been remodeled in the last couple of years and were in great condition. The hotel was very nice, the breakfast was tasty and filling.

Room appeared to be clean, but smelled VERY stale and dirty. This isn’t a normal thing when I have stayed there in the past. It made me question how clean the room really was. I would have changed rooms if they weren’t booked.
The TV would not turn on. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and issue was resolved. (Bad outlet in the room).

Was very disappointed as we booked a king room and was given twin queen beds. Only booked here as king was available. Went down and queried it by was told they had none left. Had ants in bathroom. Breakfast was nice.

The staff at this property was amazing! Friendly, helpful. We were relatively high need guests, with a change in rooms over our stay, early check in and late check out, and a bunch of other potential annoyances. The staff smiled, was incredibly friendly, and made us feel like family. I was concerned about freeway noise, but our sound machine drown that out. Fan mode in the heating cooling unit would have also done the trick. Love the east facing mountain views in the morning. And breakfast had enough options to keep everyone happy. We will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was centrally located to restaurants, shopping, fast food, etc. Very clean and well maintained. The laundry facilities were an added bonus. While I had to pay for the machine, I was given soap and dryer sheets at no extra charge. The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and room was darkened.

It was a very clean space. Only concern was that our AC did not seem to work for the night we stayed. We turned it on at night but the temp never cooled down.

We came into town for a funeral and decided last minute to stay, I have a bad back and hard beds kill me, I read reviews and find ones that say beds too soft and that’s why we picked this one. The bed could have been softer for me but it was way better than most hotel beds. Check in was fast even though we made the reservation right before we got there. The front desk guy was so friendly. It seemed very clean too. We would stay again.

The room had a flashing green light in the ceiling and some sort of electrical humming coming from the wall between the room and bathroom. There was non stop jumping and running going on throughout the night in the floor above us. We call the front desk about it, but it didn’t do much. The shower in the morning ran out of hot water.

As far as roadside hotels go, this one needs to be a skip. The bed was clean, though the bathroom was not and had a leaking shower that could be heard dripping through the night. Combine that with the less than thoughtfully placed smoke alarm directly above the bed flashing through the night, lots left to be desired. There wasn’t even a toilet paper holder in my room- just a loose roll of paper. The only great here was the desk attendants, both the night and the morning clerks were so helpful and friendly!

Very poor construction. I stayed in Suite, 1 Bedroom (Living Area). You can hear the water running in the bed area to the point that’s very destructive. You won’t be able to hear TV or if talking to someone. I shut the door to the bedroom and spent in the living area for the reminder of time, bit it didn’t help much unfortunately. It may not matter if you get up and check out very early.

Staff was friendly. Great customer service. Check in and out was easy and fast. The highway was near our room but couldn't hear it. Bed was a little to soft for me but ot served it's purpose.

This hotel is on a great location in Bountiful. It is clean and the service is fantastic. All of the staff were very personable. I enjoyed a great conversation with the GM Arturo.

We have booked this hotel several times for a "stay-cation" for my husband and I and our two little kids. It is in our hometown and every time we pass it on the freeway our kids will yell out, "There's our 'H' hotel!!!". (It has been nicknamed as the "H Hotel" since they can see the big "H" logo on the hotel as we drive by. haha). As corny as it might sound, this hotel has become special to our family as we've created some great memories here. We've even invited cousins with us a few times so they can enjoy it with us! The staff has always been very welcoming, the hotel is always clean and even smells great, and we love relaxing in the pool and hot tub! We would definitely recommend "our H hotel" to anyone considering staying here. :)

Greet stay, only complaint would be the pool & hot tub were so chlorinated that we couldn’t stay because the steam was literally burning our eyes so bad and the jacuzzi just didn’t seem very clean.

The carpet had stains everywhere, vomit smell near the bed, dirty windows, broken closet doors, old paint on doors and chips, grout looked filthy in bathroom. Air conditioner would blast cold air off and on, off and on throughout the night. I never have experienced such an unclean hotel room. Sorry but it was bad.

They do not allow access into the building at the side entrances from the parking lot. Inconvenient and somewhat unsafe.

The room was big enough for the 5 of us and I liked separate room with fold out couch. Room didn’t have any toilet paper upon arrival but staff quickly brought some when contacted. The ice container had water and mold in it when we went to fill it. The bathroom could use some updating. Breakfast was good and the sitting area nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Considering it is right next to the freeway, it was pretty darn quiet. There was plenty of parking, everything was well maintained and clean. The light in the bathroom switched off on me during both morning showers—the timer could be set for a bit longer.
