This was a pleasant surprise. I've been to other Econo Lodges in the past and this one was lovely! I wasn't sure what my experience would be as it hadn't been great in the past yet this location was clean, well kept with a friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable. This was a great experience.

Basic hotel, very clean, bed comfortable, nice pillows. Only reason didn't give 5 stars was breakfast was very minimal. Front desk very nice. Would stay there again.

It's a smaller single-floor hotel, but it works for the region. The place was clean and quiet, and the property was kept up well. We had a dog (and were put in a section of rooms for pets), and even with 2 huskies and a bulldog near us, we didn't hear a thing.
Something to note, this place offers a free complimentary breakfast, but it is a little on the spartan side, but it is enough to get the day going if you aren't picky.

The guy who works mornings at the front desk said "2 locals? Eww" to the other staff checking us in as I was right there in front of him. He was super fake nice the other interactions until this morning he said "this really needs to be your last night here" after my husband and I had extended our reservation a couple of times.... We're quiet, friendly, keep to ourselves and are clean. I just don't think it's very kind or customer service oriented to act like that towards your paying customers. It really rubbed us both the wrong way. Other than him, the other staff were all very sweet and helpful. The place itself is very nice, clean and welcoming.

Reasonably priced. Decent room. Check in and out was quick and easy. Employee was very helpful and nice.

Staff was very polite. Rooms were clean and comfortable beds. Easy access off the interstate. Walls might be a bit thin as i had to listen to the neighbors TV most the night.

I stayed here one night over Christmas while coming back from Marshfield where my mom had been hospitalized. They charged my card once for my stay and once in the early morning hours of January 3 - a little over a week later. I had paid with my phone and didn’t even think that was possible but somehow they did it so I would be very careful if you stay here. Watch for fraudulent charges, even if you’re using your phone to pay.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel was excellent and the beds were super comfortable. However, it appeared to be understaffed as I had to wait about 20 minutes at the front desk for someone to show up. I then discovered the front desk attendant cleaning rooms. Breakfast was also pretty sparse and the front desk attendant seemed to be responsible for that too!

It was especially nice, comfortable bed, super friendly staff and will definitely stay there again.

Our stay was good and the room was clean and comfortable and the room rate and pet fee were very reasonable. We were underwhelmed with the breakfast on offer, and our checkout process was confusing because of a billing snafu. We have stayed here in the past and will stay here in the future as this hotel is very convenient to get to and very pet friendly.

This hotel was ok. The price is reasonable for what it is. It’s safe and beds are comfortable. Close to a couple of food options. Staff are friendly. Good if you’re just stopping for the night.

I have to say, this place is a diamond in a sea of cubic zirconia!! What I mean is, there are at least a hundred different lodging choices in Eau Claire and they are all pretty comparable in price and amenities but this place not only allowed our pets but I feel they went above and beyond on their cleanliness and hospitality during our stay. I am BEYOND IMPRESSED. This location will now be our destination of “Choice” (no pun intended) when visiting our son and his wife. Special thanks to the ‘Boss’ for the extra coffee in the morning, best of luck to you!

Great check in. Very nice professional front desk person. Love that the room had new vinyl flooring. We were staying with our dog and loved that it did not have nasty gross carpeting. Beds comfy, room clean, heat good. Nice dog walking area. Doors in halls need some painting but they have done a lot of improvements overall and still a nice little place to stay while visiting family.

They upgraded our room at no charge, very friendly, easy access to interstate, comfortable, nice breakfast. We fealt safe and Welcomed by both the night shift and morning staff. We will book there again!

We recently stayed here to visit family. We stayed this time for a family member’s funeral. This hotel is one story (no stairs). It’s located near many restaurants. It is very quiet. Simple breakfast.

Hotel was clean- like the tile floors in the rooms- no smelly carpet. Very quiet - no large groups to bother you. Got a great nice sleep. Breakfast was ok- could have used a few more items but was good for one night.
