Everything was good. Saw two bugs (not roaches!). I know it is Florida and it didn't upset me.

This property is maintained well. The staff is very friendly, attentive and courteous. I would recommend this property to family.

Well the name says it all, if you are a claustrophobic stay somewhere ales, the room was very tiny and dark, not for me. the breakfast was decent and the staffs were nice.

I booked a 2 queen bed room first night and they gave me 1 bed suite. Besides that everything was okay.

The property was very nice. It was very quiet. The room was very clean very cute. I wish the light above the bed would stop making sound, but I didn’t really use that light after I heard the sound other than that the shower had felt great. I didn’t wake up for breakfast. But I did not hear any noise besides the street noise however, it was bike week. Had a great day. Thank you so much.

Smelled like weed/pot.

The girl at checkin was just delightful and very personable, beds were comfortable and the room was clean, breakfast had many options. It was in a safe area and parking was right out front. This was our second stay at this location.

The facility was generally clean Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was okay although temperature fluctuated a bit. Towels were soft. Walls are very thin. Could hear people talking in the next room

When 4 people are in a room why would you only give 3 towels? Housekeeping didn't actually clean the room or make the bed. They only emptied the trash cans and took away the dirty towels. The water pressure was so poor that it was impossible to get all the soap off. Breakfast was not very good unless you like cereal.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was average. Clean but dated. The hotel does serve a breakfast buffet. Coffee and ginger lemon water was always available in the lobby. Overall a good hotel for the price.

The hallway and room smelled like smoke/pot even though it was a non-smoking room. Many employees congregating at the front desk just loitering - one was sitting on the counter behind the reception. Approaching the desk to ask a question, you feel like you're interrupting their social time. The whole place had a sketchy vibe. Lobby coffee was descent, but the free breakfast looked like an offering of stale breads and overripe bananas. I was there for a quick business tip and so I don't need much but a clean, good smelling-room, but did not get that.

During my recent visit, I had the opportunity to interact with the night time staff, and I must say, they were absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, their warm and welcoming demeanor immediately put me at ease. Despite the late hour, their professionalism and attentiveness never wavered. They were quick to accommodate any request I had and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay.

Staff very good, the room was just what I needed for the weekend and very clean.

Everything was pleasant

Basic but fit our needs perfectly. The staff was attentive, especially our breakfast person, who hustled with a smile and cheer that I haven't seen in a long time!

I carry myself pretty well and didn’t have any issues, but the place seemed more like a half-way house. The clientele isn’t staying there for short duration, business or pleasure. Its had investment put into it, but not enough to renovate the existing room decore. To keep the microwave in place, which I didn’t use, was bolted to a small fridge. An attempt to keep the clientele at bay. The room I had, was over the office, which was quiet but across from the elevator. Open the blinds and there is the A frame roofline of the entrance that takes up the entire window. Since I was in and out for business, not a factor. The lighting definitely needs a change . The main room light is some 7ft. hospital light above the bed. It is either on or off and no way is it useful other than illumination. Some additional can lights in the ceiling for other lighting. Another attempt to limit the decore disappearing or becoming a flying object. The place needs a little more help to move it up. Staff was helpful and pleasant but to much time spent on long duration conversations with the long term guests.

Needs a renovation. Parking lot was full of teens smoking weed and felt very unsafe to leave car. Staff was fine. Not nice. Not rude. Not welcoming. Clearly very young and under paid. Just fine. Room was ridiculously small and outdated. Oil like residue on every surface - thankfully had Clorox wipes. Breakfast was stale and gross. Skip it.
