I found a huge tick in the room by the bed, probably disturbed by all the construction. Generally, except for that, it was okay overall.

In the process of remodeling but we got put in the old rooms and it’s obvious why they are remodeling. Rooms were barely okay, key cards had a life of one use and constantly had to visit front desk and get them fixed. Main floor hallway outside our room door smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

There is construction that was not mentioned on the website. It wasn't bad, just some extra dust.

Everything was great except for breakfast food was a bit cold when brought out and pancake machine wasn't working.

Very Comfortable bed. Nice room .clean and ample space. Stylish decor.

Great stay nice hotel. Unfortunately they’re doing a little construction now but will definitely be back to stay again.

Very accessibe from I205. Rooms have a river view. Desk hosts were very helpful and fruebdly. The breakfast was good

There in the middle of a remodel so it’s not as quiet as it will be.

There was a line of 3 groups in line and the hotel stuff was absent for a while. The seemed to be a single representative on site. This hotel is way understaffed with the resulting slow service.

The property is undergoing renovations. This should have been communicated. We moved rooms twice. First room smelled terrible. Second room was on the ground floor and there was a high school track team staying there. Commotion and footsteps all night long above us. Third room was renovated and nice, however no hairdryer, and you could hear the highway and sometimes feel the trucks going by.

The microwave didn’t work, it was unplugged, we plugged it in and even used an extension cord, and still no luck. BUT, AMY at the front desk immediately came with a replacement microwave! Very accommodating. She was very courteous and polite and had a urgency to get the situation remedied! The plug in the bathroom area was also not working. Maybe had something to do with construction going on. The beds were super comfortable and the room had a bigger than hotel room size refrigerator! I can’t wait to see how the rooms look when the remodel is complete!

The hotel was under construction but there were stains on the sheets and the sofa was literally falling apart. It was fine for the night but not really worth a return visit.

We needed a place to relax on our vacation and this was a great place to do that. They've been doing some construction work on this property, but caused very little annoyance. The people at the front desk were very kind and accommodating. We would come back!

The ceiling is so thin, I could've sworn the people above me were in the room. They weren't doing anything crazy, just walking. Woke me up quite a bit at night. Usually it's okay, but this hotel cost the same as a Downtown Portland hotel, just not worth it but I needed a location close to Oregon City, that's about all they had going for them.

Great Staff all around. Some remodeling being done, but had no effect on our stay. Tiny inconvenience was lack of a bottle opener.

Love the breakfast and close to our SDA Camp Meeting. Wish the price was lower...

Dirty bathroom, tub doesn’t drain when taking a shower. Very worn furnishings.

Very quiet

We were disappointed during this stay. Some of the issues were someone’s socks on the floor, no mirror for dressing and both the bathroom sink and shower drains we very slow to drain, so we had to stand in water during showering. The free breakfast was very plain not to exiting. We will not stay there again.

This is a nice hotel - very conveniently located for highways 205, 213 and 99. The property was spotless, great breakfast, grocery store that shares the parking lot, walk-able restaurants, very helpful employees and we had a very nice room ( standard king) with separated living area.Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was disgusting. We arrived late at night and were looking forward to sleeping, but discovered a beetle infestation on the inside of the curtains and on the window and floor below. There were at least 15 beetles that we had to get rid of in order to sleep. Even the pool area and hallways had bugs, the pool had them crawling up underneath the edge, it was terrible.

Greeted by friendly staff. Hotel in very nice shape. Free breakfast that is far above for quality. Guest laundry, pool and hot tub. Great location and beautiful parks to walk in. We will stay at this location in the future.

Loved the location and the view of the river from our room. Beds and pillows very comfortable, and the staff were extremely nice and accommodating.

My stay wasn’t bad, I did enjoy the view from the room and how comfortable the bed was, the hotel staff were very nice and when I did requested room service my room was always clean. It was also a plus that the drive in from the Tigard area made for a really beautiful drive back and forth from work everyday. The breakfast was surprisingly good most days I usually only ate the sausage, biscuits and gravy and the crispy bacon. The issues I had with the hotel that would probably prevent me from staying in the future was mainly that the room a crusty and very outdated and in need of a serious upgrade. Couch had a slip cover that I could only assume was to cover a very old and torn sofa. There were scuffs and stains throughout the room, the carpet was stained throughout as well with a burn mark near the bed, the bed skirt was gross but the house keeper did remove it for me and changed my blankets for me due to additional stains. A couple nights I had a very loud family above me that made sleeping extremely difficult for 3 nights. If I were to stay it would be in the highest floor. Most concerning to me was that the bed/bedroom would shake nightly when the train would come by or a large truck crossed the highway. The room shaking was my biggest concern from a safety standpoint and did make me worry about the structural integrity especially since I read reviews about the pool being in poor shape as well.
