The bed was comfortable, the ac/heat worked well, water pressure was good, and room was clean. I did not sleep well because I was placed in a room beside an exterior door and directly in front of the stair well door, room 101. The door slammed very loudly every single time someone used it. It kept waking me throughout the night. I also could hear people talking outside of the window where the designated smoking area was. I wish I would have asked to move rooms but it was late at night and I didn’t want to cause an inconvenience. However, I don’t recommend this room be rented until the doors are fixed to reduce the noise they make when closing. It really was a terrible nights sleep.

Found out that I needed a two hundred dollar cash deposit after the hotel was booked. Slept in the car instead. Now I have to try to get a refund through Expedia.

I stay here before and call me because they have issues with me having my 4 little kids was very rude and unprofessional and will not recommend it to anyone that is traveling with family or no one !

Very pleasantly surprised and satisfied by the value of this hotel: clean, quiet, updated, and comfortable, all at a very good price. Additionally, it’s close by both restaurants and the freeway. I’ll be back on my frequent trips through NC.

I have to stay with my family for 5 nights due to a home renovation . I am a local resident, and unfortunately I can’t recommend this hotel. The Rooms have a mold smell and bathrooms are very dusty. Carpet need to be clean the mattress covered were stained and the windows were very dusty. Garbage containers are pretty old and dirty, it can really improve. And every night at the lobby it was always someone smoking weed. The smell was terrible, I felt I was in a subway in New York. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel.

Very clean hotel, welcoming and helpful staff! We had a quick one night stay but we would definitely stay here again. The linens were all clean and stain free, no bugs, no odors, the fridge was older and worn but it worked. The ac/heat worked well. We didn’t have breakfast but noticed that they had a waffle maker and eggs/meat.

I booked my trip weeks before. Arrived at the hotel on Friday at 6:00 pm to check in (been traveling & working since 5:00 am). I informed the desk clerk that I had a trailer parked in the back area of the parking lot. She told me that if they were busy over the weekend, I would be towed if not parked within the 2 double spaces (only 2 options for parking a trailer).
If they don’t have trailer parking, I understand. But it should be on the Expedia/Travelocity site. She said that it was an ongoing issue and didn’t care that I had to go look for another hotel.
I ended up paying double for the hotel I had to stay in because there was a race.

I was not happy. The phone in the room didn’t work. The remote control for the T V didn’t work. So I had to go downstairs to complain and was told that these haven’t worked for a while. It was too late for me to leave, So I stayed the night. In the morning, the shower gave a weak stream of water so it took a while to rinse out the shampoo. No happy. Would never go back or refer this place or use Quality in again.

Read reviews folks talked about room 101. We had room 101 .... very comfortable but had the weirdest bathroom and vanity area. The ceiling in the shower area was a mess, looks like they jave been fighting mold. We checked in late staff very friendly. Didn't notice noise until folks started to leave this morning tyen the noise level was bad. Would stay again just request not room 101.

The only thing I did not like was that the hotel has provided the pool service on the web, but at the time of accommodation they told me that the pool was closed for no reason.

Will let you pay for your room with Chime but then when you get to the hotel there’s a $200 deposit that they want to rip you off for by taking it for a week or so. Then they say they don’t take Chime so I had to use my American Express. I hate surprises upon check in. I will never stay here again.

We have stayed here several times and enjoyed our stay, this time however was terrible. Our room was non-smoking but smelled of cigarettes, the people across the hall had a small dog that barked frequently throughout the night despite dogs not being allowed. At 7:30am sharp the maintenance guy decides to use the leaf blower in the tiny parking lot until 10am!! I didn’t get a wink of sleep between the dog and leaf blower. Who uses a leaf blower at 7 in the morning at a place where people come to sleep!?!? Never had an experience like this here before. Hope it won’t be the same next time or we will need to find a new place for visiting family.

The pool was closed for half of our visit and we only choose the place for the pool. The breakfast was completely inedible. Even the wrapped danishes were hard. Some of the staff were nice and helpful. Others were pretty.much lazy. Definitely dont recommend staying here.

My second stay at the same hotel and my second experience was not too good. The quality of the breakfast food was terrible. The bathroom in room #104 had mold on the ceiling and the room had a stick in the window to keep it secured. Very tacky.

This hotel is in need of major renovations. Our bathroom toilet was hanging off the wall. The shower curtain rod was broke so you couldn’t close the curtain. The bathroom drain smelled horrible every time you ran the water. Also our daughters stayed in the room next door to us. Their toilet was plugged. I asked the desk for maintenance and was told he was off that day. She offered me a plunger. My husband to to plunge their toilet. I would not recommend staying here. I never will again

The room over all was clean but the faucet in bathtub dripped constantly and the shower head needs to be replaced. We could only get adequate water when it was in the massage setting. Not ideal for kids.

Avoid if possible this place needs work, it lloked like the ceiling was falling down in the bathroom the toilet rocked from side to side when you sat down. The breakfast was a joke. If you want a good Quality Inn drive 15 minutes more to Lexington and stay there it was a much better hotel.

1st of all the was advertised open but upon arrival it was closed. The shower was messed up and would not get very hot or shut off completely. The toilet ran all the time. The curtains were ripped. Tiny square pillows on a king bed. The main idea on the lacking breakfast was a waffle maker but the waffle batter looked disgusting.
