Convenient, right off the freeway

Great manager and staff!! I was towing a boat and needed to drop it off while I went to San Mateo for a work issue. They not only allowed me to "check-in" early and leave my boat in the parking lot, they also provided access to an outside outlet for my use to charge my boat batteries. Aside from the great overall hospitality, the parking lot, room, and breakfast areas were clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly and prompt for all needs

Access to the property is confusing. The hotel is very clean, updated, and the staff is friendly. The property is very close to a freeway and the noise was disturbing. The rooms could benefit from dual- pane windows.

Although in a sketchy part of town, the hotel is awesome! Clean, renovated, greats staff and amenities. Breakfast is excellent. Clean tables, good food, good choices. One of my favorites in recent history for me. Not the best area around the hotel, but some pretty decent eats closeby- In-n-out, greaspit diner, fish and chips place, asian food, etc.

Hot tub was most appreciated after 10 hour drive from Portland. Thanks!

I was disappointed when we drove up it was hard to find entrance . The building looked old unlike any Holiday Inn we have stayed in before. The inside looked like a renovated hotel. The reservation desk area was odd looking. The ceilings had drywall patch work from either leaks or damage. We were on 3rd floor it was hot so opened windows which didnt work well. Its next to freeway so it was loud. The bed was not comfortable more on the hard side , that was a first for HI. I didnt have breakfast but it looked like there normal stuff. I was shocked when I got the Bill , it was 20$ more then I remembered booking for so still need to find out why, not sure who's fault that was just make sure you check your reservations after you book and bring that information with you.

nice quiet room, and it was clean. breakfast was good too. the entrance to the place is a little tricky to see and also has quite a jarring bump into it. But convenient to the highway for travel.

We were there on a warm day. The hallways are not air conditioned so it was well over 100 degrees there.

The hotel was good for an overnight while travling to other locations. Exactly what I needed while on a business trip. Area aroubd it was industrial.

The staff is wonderful and the hotel is very clean. Its location is next to a highway and it is very noisy in my room (traffic noise).

Very clean room seemed updated, breakfast very nice laundry room was a nice addition. Plenty of free parking and they seem to have security.

The room I had book was no available when I checked in. Front desk stated the room I had reserved was no longer available. Very disappointed.

Hotel.com booked the wrong room, I had booked a suite and was put in 2 queen. Wanted to watch the game, didn't want to sit on a bed! Room was dirty, gritty floors, bathroom door massive dirty hand prints, wiped with a towel in a spot, it came off. My conclusion was if the obvious isn't cleaned...ugh. Breakfast - looked good.

Good sized rooms, nice amenities, attentive staff, overall pretty great, will be staying here again.

very nice hotel. A small complaint is that there is no freezer in the refrigerator.
