Everything was good. The extra charge for the safe which I didn’t use was unnecessary.

Old hotel that they have fixed up. Dark and drab but clean and comfortable. Air conditioning seemed to turn off at night

I stayed 5 days and was happy to find a very friendly staff, clean well maintained environment, all around. Everything worked! Perfect location, close to everything!

Our stay was great, the hotel is clean, friendly staff, easy to find. O was staying with my 92 year old mother, she was happy with the room as well.

I’ve never made a review on my stay but this warrants a review. One word. Bed bugs. My daughter woke up yelling mom there was a bug on me. Sure enough her bed was crawling with adult and baby bed bug. When I talked to the a.m. front desk manager her response was, “that’s very serious we’ll have to have a third party confirm that’s was it was”. This was as I was walking out with my belongings which were originally neatly packed in my suitcases, in trash bags. The GM contacted me the following day and apologized and offered a 1 night refund on my 2 night stay. That refund has still not been reflected in my bank account.

We had a really great stay. Both of my colleagues and I had no major complaints. All of the staff were very kind and accommodating. The beds could have been a tad more comfortable but that was the only criticism we had. I would have liked some free weights in the gym, it was mostly just cardio machines.

Great place to stay at. The employees were polite and professional. The room was clean and very comfortable. The pool could use a cleaning but other than that was nice.and the breakfast was good.

They put us on the 3rd floor business section it’s the quiet floor. But we had very noisy neighbors. The hotel also put a double hold on my credit card. Which was. It cool at all.

We have stayed at several LaQuinta Inns before and this one was far inferior to all the others. The room smelled like dogs and the furniture was shabby with big scratch marks on the furniture and the upholstery looked like it also had been clawed. They had one other room available, but it was not much better. The clerk was very accommodating and sprayed the room, but this was not what we'd had in mind for our anniversary outing. Since we had only been there a few minutes, we asked for a refund, but the hotel was not able to give it to us since we'd booked through hotels.com. We later contacted them but did not get any satisfaction. We went to another hotel, so wound up losing our payment.

Clean rooms and smelled great. Very nice area. Plenty of places to eat and shop. Right down the road from Bass Pro. The front desk staff were AMAZING! They greeted us every single time and were always so nice and helpful. We will definitely be staying again.

Outdated a bit, appears they have a handyman trying to fix things a professional should be doing like keycard access that work sometimes and is caulked to the wall, the pool needs more ventilation as there is a lot of rust buildup on the ceilings and just assuming mold with all the humidity. Breakfast was pretty good

Had a great stay here with the two grandkids. Just a few blocks to the Worlds of Wonder Aquarium and museum (amazing!) and Bass Pro. Lots of dining and shopping options very close by. Hotel was quiet and clean with a great indoor pool. Breakfast had hot options as well as cereal, muffins, yogurt, etc. the staff was very friendly. Great place to stay.

We had a 2 night stay. When we returned to hotel on 2nd night (Sunday) the elevator was out of commission and we were forced to climb stairs to 3rd floor. My husband has severe rheumatoid arthritis in all his joints and I have bad knees and have been ordered by my doctors to avoid steps at all costs. Fortunately, the elevator was back in service the next morning for us to check out.

Nice to have happy hr available. Staff was very accomodating of my need for an accessible room close to outside door for taking out dogs. I have stayed here before and while the rooms are a bit older, the beds are comfortable and the rooms and hotel grounds are very clean. Lots of restaurant choices within 5 miles or less.

The only issue I had with my stay is with the handle for the shower was hard to pull up for turning on the shower. Once I got it up on full blast I didn't push it back down. I forgot to mention this issue to the front desk at checkout. The staff were all friendly, especially the lady (I forgot her name) who maintained the breakfast area. She went above and beyond her call of duty to take additional bath towels and face towels to my room. Besides the one issue i mentioned, my overall stay was excellent. I was impressed with LaQuinta Inn as this was my first stay at one.

The breakfast was superb. Our room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy, the front desk attendant was very friendly.

Will stay here again in two weeks. Having cataract surgery when a snow storm hit required us to stay 2 nights. We were treated so well by all staff members and the room was clean and comfy.

Nice hotel that’s pet friendly - we had a king executive suite, so room had a sitting area, nice space for a reasonable price. Took forever to check in because of chatty employee, but he meant well.

The pool has a weird film on it that totally grossed us out so we did not partake.
The towels and blankets were scratchy.
We tried to go to bed around 10 and we’re woken by loud partying neighbors who were shouting down the hall until 3 in the morning.
The staff was pleasant and breakfast was good. The room itself was clean.
Overall would not choose to stay here again.

Check-in was a breeze. We only stayed one night. We were gone most of the day, because we were visiting for a gymnastics meet. We got back to the hotel a little after 9pm and decided to let the kids swim for a bit. We got to the the pool around 9:30pm, at 9:45 the fire alarm went off. People were waiting in the lobby, so we kept swimming. Pool is right next to lobby. Whoever was at the front desk, came to us and told us we set the alarm off by splashing the water. We were not splashing water before it went off and not sure how that would affect the fire alarm, but ok, so we left the pool. At around 2:50am, the fire alarm goes off again, a couple of times!!! 5 hours later, fire alarm goes off, but it was our fault?? Pool closes at 10pm, so what set it off this time? Still our splashing?? None of it made sense and did not like being accused of setting the alarms off. Will not be staying here again.
