Did not know what to expect. I was visiting family for the first time in that part of Florida. The attendants at the desk were amiable and very engaging. Almost knew what i was going to ask before i did ask haha. The back deck and pier were a wonderful surprise and i needed that outdoor jacuzzi and pool. My kids LOVED the private beach. The cleaning crew had towels for me before i went downstairs for a very delicious breakfast. I'm DEFINITELY coming to stay there again.

The hotel didn't have our reservation that was booked through hotels.com. Took almost an hour of standing in the lobby to check in. They had us booked for a boat slot that we were told over the phone that we could not have. Pillows were flat. The boat dock became overrun each night by inconsiderate locals that were dropped off to fish and did not allow room for the guests to use. There was no security on property at the pool, beach or dock. We had minors with us who were approached by the night time visitors and asked inappropriate questions. We were there to intervene but management needs to do better to make the paying guests feel safe while in property.

Great mid-size hotel in a nice location on South Hutchinson Island. Check-in was smooth and quick. The room was very clean and comfortable. Little if any noise noticable between rooms. Good variety at breakfast.

Place was clean and friendly. Location was great. Very relaxing on the beach. Breakfast was ok. But overall a great place to stay. I woukd come back here again

Hotel was nice, good location, we really enjoyed our morning coffee on the pier behind the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and breakfast in the morning was good.
The only issue we had was the bed. It was well worn in the middle and caved in some making for a not so great night of sleep.
Despite the issue with the bed we really enjoyed the hotel.

This place may have been nice but never got to stay motel was over booked did not get to stay on the island .. hotels.com sent us far away and the place was not half as nice

The room was clean but the mattress was super thin & hard. The view was nice & the surrounding area was okay.

Our stay started off wonderful!! Alexia let us check in early, as we had put our motorhome in the shop. The whole stay was great!! Good breakfast, nice clean room, nice beach!! Staff awesome!! Walking distance to good restaurants! Definitely recommend!!

The location is perfect and close to everything,lots in walking distance. The rooms are clean and beautiful view from the balcony and the docks. Pool, sun deck and fishing areas available. We had a few pot smokers stinking up the outside areas from the balcony but not the hotels fault. Outside of that I'd stay again.

Overall we had a very nice stay. The breakfast buffet ran out of coffee we had to ask for some. And they could’ve had eggs or some other protein. Location was very nice. The staff was pleasant.

Door to get in to lobby was broken. Bed frame seemed like it was about to break. Cockroach crawled across my makeup bag in the morning while getting ready for my Dad’s funeral. Not comfortable overall.

The west coast of Florida. This was the perfect, comfortable and just what my family needed! The staff was outstanding and accommodating, they treated us like family and went above and beyond even when we didn't expect it! We will be back to visit soon and often for sure!!

This hotel was a great location on the water. The rooms were in good condition and clean, as was our balcony and furniture. Only thing I would change, is the side door access from the parking lot does not allow for a luggage cart.

I am my family stay here once or twice a year and the views and the location is amazing. Our stay here never disappoints.

We booked for two nights. The first night our Suite Deluxe was right next to the hot water pump so we had the whole night some pumping noises that made sleeping difficult. Upon adressing it at the reception the next morning we were kindly upgraded to another room with direct sea view. However, those rooms have a connection door to the room next door so anything that is said can be heard clearly. In our case, even the snoring next door could be heard or if someone went to the toilet. This is not the hotels fault but in the room below someone was constantly smoking weed, so even with the balcony door closed the whole room would smell like a pot house.
In both rooms the mattresses were old and very soft, the pillows super flakey and ancomfortable and the wi-fi almost non existent.
I have to mention the service as the front desk separately since it has been great and they were kind and helpful. The rest, however, very underwhelming for the price. The infrastructure of the hotel really needs to be improved.

Its an older hotel that has been mostly updated. The staff was incredibly friendly. They said the would only change linens every 3 days, but someone tidied up our room daily. The pool and deck area was very nice, with shaded seating available.

I booked double room with double bed oven view over pool through Expedia paid the extra for this room. When I checked in I was giving a just with double bed it wasn't a double room as I paid for. The hotel over all great the online booking experience not happy with.

Hot tub chemicals caused both of us to have burning skin. Room was great but the bed was one of the worst to sleep on. Tossed and turned all night and work up sore. Staff was great, nice location, bed needs to be updated.

This hotel is very overpriced and over-rated. The check-in took 25 minutes and only one person in front of us. We had to go ask for towels and that took 10 minutes. The view from room is a little misleading but it was fine. The walls are paper thin so you can hear tv and talking from other rooms. We were expecting a lot more for 270$!!!! The deck is not near as long or as nice as pictures but it WAS nice to sit on in the afternoon. Now on a positive it is close to lots of things and easily accessible!

The only thing that was wrong was the coffee maker in the room was broken. They did replace it with a new one right away but it really should have been replaced before I had to say something

Fun overnight stay. Near the jetty with several bars and restaurants. The nearby tiki bar has live music which can be heard well into the night so Bring ear plugs if you are not a night owl

Room was very dated. Bed uncomfortable. Elevator button was broken. Place is def in need of an update Amenities aren’t that great Spent 3 days there but was very disappointed. Left the area to get to a bigger beach but nowhere to get chairs. I was sadly disappointed. Especially for the ending of our trip. After visiting key west and south beach. Friendly staff but def understaffed

We usually stay at the major chai. Hotels, however this was the most enjoyable stay. The staff was incredible---the desk personnel, the room staff and even the groundskeeper were so friendly. We had a couple of requests which were seen to immediaty. There was a nice dock area and pool on the water to watch boats go by or watch the pelicans fly by and we also had a balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

The pool and hot tub were nice. The room was clean.The staff here is amazing and super friendly. The only negative is the mattress needs replaced. It was sleepable but barely. Other than that this property is very nice.
