It was very loud. We were in a room next to a group of teenage boys who were being excessively loud until about 1:30am

Mine and my sons stay at the hotel was very comfortable, nice and quiet. The receptionist at the desk, she was very friendly, helpful and nice!

We a had a very nice stay, the staff was helpful and professional. Although our room felt old and or dirty. An example of this is the carpet made me feel as if I had to have socks or shoes on when walking around the room. And the furniture was so dingy looking we didn’t want to sit on them at least not without putting a towel down first. The best part of our visit was the breakfast buffet, but our room was a place to sleep and not a place to hang out. Location is the only reason I would choose to stay there and nothing else really. I wouldn’t say my room felt like the local sex hotel, but as mentioned before the furniture and floor looked and felt as if it was. Again the staff and amenities I.e. the BF buffet. Where really good

The room was really showing its age; the carpet was worn, there was water seeping up between floor boards in the bathroom, furniture showed dings and wear/tear.

Nice staff and amenities. No complaints other than my room did not have a fire alarm. It had been removed. Other than that, a good experience.

Overall good stay, high school athletes stayed the same night so noise was an issue, could hear slamming of doors and breakfast was busy but overall we just needed a place to sleep so it was fine.

Its an old hotel with some remodeled bathrooms. They have old window AC units. The doors slam all night long from fellow guests and do not gently close. The walls and ceiling are wafer thin. Parking is impossible if you have an SUV or truck. Tiny spaces. The area is frequented by noisy teenagers. Not a place to rest or prepare for business.

Quick check-in, plenty of free parking, clean room, good breakfast (hot/cold food). Room lacked blackout curtain and a tissue dispenser. Fridge didn't have a freezer.

Hotel is great. Booked and paid using Expedia. Hotel had no record of my reservation. A considerable wait while the hotel attempted to rectify the problem.

Everything was great except that the carpet was dirty, musty, and and had a foul smell. The staff was outstanding and the breakfast attendants were the best.

Everything would have been great if u was only able to take a decent shower… I look forward to a good hot refreshing shower as well as much as the clean fresh comfortable bed but there was no water pressure in the shower.. I could have done better with a wet wash cloth… that truly was disturbing

Front desk staff wasn’t friendly. At least a month in advance, I had requested 2 rooms together and we did not get that. I had also requested a crib and was told “if one is available.” We did have a pack & play delivered, but I didn’t appreciate not being guaranteed a crib when it was requested so long ago. The front desk staff was so unfriendly, i did not feel welcome. I travel a lot and have not experienced rude staff like this.

Ants…
The people were nice. But stayed 2 nights and close to $400 and had to deal with and biting us at night.

The 1st room given had a fire beep that kept going off. They moved us and that room had lots of ants. At 2am we reported it. A very bad sleep because the ants were biting us. We have stayed at this location often and are booked again to stay in Nov. and we are discussing if we should cancel. Not an inexpensive stay for bad sleep. The people are very nice. We just were disappointed about those ants

We found hair in our bathtub. Room definitely needed update. One morning breakfast was pretty late and we had a commitment that morning so could not wait. Saw others having to leave also. We had to ask for cleaning twice before we got it, and still hair was not removed.

Hotel was under renovations and smelled musty. Our room was not cleaned when we arrived. The beds had been slept in and sheets not changed. They were also not made. The trash had not been emptied. Elevator was not in good working order. Hotel staff was nice though.

The hotel manager was great but housekeeping attempted to walk into my room without even knocking, luckily I was already using secondary lock, and there was ants in my bathroom.

Our door jam was totally broken where the metal jam should have been, We didn't feel safe. the staff did not have maintenance come in to look at it, even though they said they would. We tried to get another room but they said there weren't any available. Wouldn't refund our money because of third party payment. We had no other choice but to stay there. Had a very uncomfortable stay. Won't stay here again! Very disappointed!!

Unreal both rooms I have had the dresser drawers don’t close so I have hit my knees over 10 times just trying to go to the bathroom I told them downstairs and they said we’ll figure it out NO concern to me they just want there money which is ridiculous they charged me 250 plus a 50 dollar deposit holy cowam I in Vegas it’s not ok to try and get a good nights rest with no hot water for a shower plus they told me downstairs it is what it is not ok
