Air conditioner was noisy. Coffee maker is not clean.

Friendly and professional staff. The only issue was that the towels smell like they only use water to wash them. They don’t smell clean.

Rooms are comfortable. Coffee in the main office but no breakfast. We have stayed at this hotel several times and had no issues. Always felt safe in this neighborhood.

We neve got to stay, the Manager kicked us out. My sister and I were kicked in the cold, because my sister's touch the wrong key, and cancelled out the transaction. , The manager simply got angry and though us in the streets.

It was the only thing we could find for Parents’ Weekend. It’s old school, no frills, takes you back a few decades. We were hesitant wheeling our bags up the stairs and to the room. Another family was leaving their room and as we crossed paths, they said, “It’s not as bad as we thought it would be.” That is exactly how we would summarize our stay. If you want to stay in Ann Arbor and everything is booked, Red Roof Inn is your place!

The experience not too well, broken appliances, bugs found everywhere. Overall front desk and staff were great and polite just fell in room aspect.

Stay was fine, though the TV didn't work well. Wanted to watch CFB after getting back to room and most of the channels were fuzzy

Very impressed with the room, hotel, atmosphere. Felt safe and secure.

The property is badly dated and the room smelled. When the fan in the vent was running, there was a strong odor of tobacco. I did not complain because I did not want to prolong the agony. It's not a place I would recommend to anyone.

All employees were very kind and helpful! However, the property and the room could use a massive overhaul (torn awnings, a bit dusty in general).

This property was excellent Expedia there for I'm upset with I was supposed to have a king jacuzzi room like I paid for instead they had to place me at Red roof in. Will not use again

The room was very dirty , the urine smell was so strong -I could not sleep hardly at all . There were some bugs in the counter in the bathroom !

Said there would be a breakfast but they did not provide it. This is ok, it was worth the stay, but don’t advertise continental breakfast

The room itself was nice and quite clean for the price, but I did have an issue with roaches in our room. Killed at least 5 on my own not including the ones my friends killed. But the room was $70 so not upset. Got what I paid for I guess.

we found a couple roaches in our room, i’ve never been around roaches before until now. toilet stopped working as well as the sink 30 mins before we checked out.

Yes, it's a bare bones place. But for the price I found it to be perfect for a one night stay with our dog. They're the only hotel out of six on our trip to not charge an exorbitant fee, in fact no fee for the dog!!!

The location was good for us. The property needs some TLC but worth what we paid. If you want luxury you have to pay for it. No coffee no breakfast.

Disappointed in prior ratings. Room was filthy, sheets were stained, our non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Visible black mold in bathroom. All other hotels sold out due to alumni weekend at U of Mi. Front staff was very nice and pleasant and brought new sheets.

It was very nice. My daughter and I had a long Dr appointment at the Uof M and we were both tired. We did get a discount for my daughters appointment so that was so great. Our room was very clean and very quit. I would also like to thank the desk lady friday night for helping with the discount. Thank you. I dont remember her name

It was a simple hotel. We just needed it for one night as we came out for the game. It was suitable for the night. Not bad at all. Perfectly simple and affordable stay.

Tv reception very poor. Wood cabinetry in room chipped and needed refinishing. Would have liked elevator. Other than that, room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Great location, great staff, great price.

I will NEVER stay here again. The staff was rude and not friendly. When we finally found the room, the outside stairs leading to it were falling apart. We got to the room, paint was pealing off the wall, there were bugs in the sink, yes BUGS! And the one bed had a stain on the comforter. AVOID STAYING HERE AT ALL COSTS.
