People at the front desk was very rude. Maids Excuse me of smoking and a non-smoking room when I went out to smoke the front desk Trying to charge me $150 deposit for smoking clearly I smell of smoke from outside smoking.. And I’m handicap in a wheelchair. The people at the front desk saw me outside smoking, but yet they’re still accusing me saying that I was smoking in my room and I was not!

A good one night stay tho under tornado threats! Friendly staff at check in and breakfast. Just wish there were USB ports at both night stands but the one in the clock was good.Had dinner at nearby Shiloh’s, the spinach strawberry salad and chicken dumpling soup and side of fried okra.

We stayed for 7 days. The property felt safe, clean and quite. Staff was helpful. We would defiantly stay here again if in the area.

The hotel was very nice. The room was super clean. The only thing was that the staff at check in didn’t tell us when breakfast was served or how the WiFi worked or anything. Other than that it was great!

This hotel was nice, clean and updated. The staff was awesome. I lighting and vanity space in the bathroom was awesome. I guess when you get older you look for the simple things. LOL. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was wonderful. The check in guy was nice and very accommodating. The little lady who was in charge of the breakfast was so very sweet and kind! Such wonderful breakfast options and everything tasted wonderful. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable and clean. Nice big TV with lots of channels to watch. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a really great stay for me and my daughter visiting my son and grandsons. The boys really enjoyed the indoor pool. Everyone was friendly, the breakfasts were really tasty.

Our room was very comfortable and bathroom was good size with plenty of counter space and some little shelves to put things. Nice hair & body products provided for shower. The bathroom nightlight was nice to have.
King bed was comfy. The man at front desk was very patient and helpful. We would stay here again.

BED BUGS and DIRTY PILLOWS! Stay away especially if you have little ones. Bed bug bites on my face, neck, back, chest. We only stayed 1 night and didn't realize until we were packing up to leave the next morning that one of the pillows had blood stains all over it. We checked ourselves for any cuts or blood... nothing. Will never rebook with this hotel due to uncleanliness. Customer service was great though, their front desk is wonderful. Breakfast was decent.

Great little hotel with incredibly friendly staff from top to bottom. The hotel is very clean even including the ashtrays out front. I don’t smoke, but that was a first! A great location near some wonderful restaurants and pretty quiet.I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Tulsa.

Are stay was very nice, only one thing that was disappointing was the check in. I believe his name was Keith a older gentalmen was not so pleasent when i walked in. It took him about 2 to 3mins to notice that i was standing in front of him. He wasn't pleasent to me as he was to the couple that checked in aftet me. I understand we all have are moments but he could treat people of other color a lot nicer.
